Location near main station and close to center.Room size ok, bathroom works fine.

Room would not enter normally, after putting in the code, the door handle needed to be raised (!), before it worked the normal downward way. Cost me quite some time to work out.A steady and loud humming sound (varying a bit in intensity) all night made it difficult to sleep - room on 4th floor, beware.Both problems could not be adressed to anyone, because the shown local emergency (!) number went straight to the central telephone system with no answer and the helpful hint that I am calling outside office hours... :-(

Everything was really good. I had a comfortable stay and the location of the hotel was very convenient. The train station was a short walk and the surroundings were quiet.

There was no gym

Breakfast was very good with great variety to choose from. The rooms are well cleaned and the hotel had peaceful atmosphere to relax. relative to the charges, it is very affordable.

We could hear train noise on 4th floor.You know what you get when booking B+B, but there is literally not one item too many in the room. And the space is bare minimum for 2.

Everything worked, from auto check-in to room access, bathroom and fairly good breakfast.(Staff may be freindly, but I didn't see any from 23.00 untill 11.00)

The room smelled badly.The pillow was not gold (brought my own), 10€ for parking is a rip-off when the room cost 63€.

Definitely the worst check in I’ve ever encountered. The unkempt male behind the desk was rude and incompetent. I could’ve placed a bet on not getting copy invoice in the morning and would’ve won. Parking charges have been added on to cost of stay since March this year which equates to between 15 and 25% price increase. This alone will stop me or my company colleagues from staying again. The idea of giving a 6 digit code to enter room rather than key might work if the guy behind the desk could write legibly but severely falls down if not. Rooms are small. Air con very loud with gurgling noises. No shower gel in fixed bottle. Window had been left open by staff prior to arrival so room full of flies. Cheap towels, cheap bedding with very poor soft pillows. The area of the hotel is awful and didn’t feel safe whatsoever. As I say we will not be booking this establishment ever again.

The parking lot but not easy to come in. You had to drive to 20cm( no indication to do) before barrier opens!!

I saw on the first page( 7to8/02) there was a braekfast incl for 74€ . I took that but asked for 2 single beds and 75€. Surprise : a small room and a double bed . A bigger surprise in the morning no free breakfast. We left the hotel and found a good breakfast outside. It was the second booking for this chane( last year in Reims) final result they ganz 2 breakfast and lost a customer !! No more this compagny!!!

Friendly staff. Explained everything well.

The bread rolls and bread were hard on both days I had breakfast.

The price and it was very clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel does not offer dinner options either. There are no additional stores or services around to provide these essentials, especially at night, given its isolated location. There was also no phone in the room to contact the hotel.”

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit, the train stations is 5 mins walk away.Room was a good size.

Breakfast was okay, a bit expensive for the variety made available.TV remote didn't work-even after changing batteries, bathroom could have been cleaner and needed a little bit of maintenance.

The rooms are nice, bed is good and the staff is very helpful

I think the breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get.
