We stayed for only one night. It’s a basic hotel without many facilities, and the breakfast was quite simple.
The water flow was weak
Clean, comfortable and quiet
The breakfast needs attention!
Everything was great. Special thanks to the receptionist Nasif, he was very helpful.
The price of the coffee in the hotel is unreasonably expensive.
Location , cleaning , rooms fitout
Room size is small , they don’t keep daily stuff like teeth brush or loofah
Location, personnel were great.
The buffet should be improved.
It is worth more than what we pay for it—clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms near a push-and-serve area. I highly recommend it.
The reception staff were very helpful and professional, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay there again.
I liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention Mohammad Enayah in particular for his amazing welcome and care.

Need to improve the breakfast
Great value for the price and the location is great if want to be next to the 2 famous malls in Amman, Mecca Mall and City Mall.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to thank Mohammad Enayah for his outstanding service and attentiveness. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and provided exceptional assistance. The hotel’s location is also a major plus — it’s strategically situated close to several shopping centers, which makes everything very convenient.I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back again.
Comfortable room, good place to stay at if you're going on a trek with Trek Adventures Agency which is very close to the hotel.
Breakfast should be improved
Friendly stuff and spacious and well equipped rooms. The breakfast was average on my first stay, but amazing this time I stayed in Gloria.
Cleanliness of rooms could be improved.
