This hotel was incredible!! We were stranded at the border crossing and they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. The rooms were gorgeous and provided more than what we needed.

could be a fair 4 star hotel but no decent amenities for a 5 star, breakfast is mediocre and all other 5 star attributes are not there, could the excellent 4 star hotel however it is not enough, even 5 stars were given by hotel organization. value for 200$ per night idk, looks like the management had done a lot of cost cutting and from 2018 to 2026 hotel degraded visibly. Since i stayed 1 night with family didn’t see a reason to fight or demand anything but expectations were not met sadly. Benefits: no crowd in January??

Our room was spacious, like a studio. Free laundry on 4th floor but my friend said the dryer took a long time. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good Lebanese restaurant next door that treated us very well even though we just got soup and a salad. We were the only tourists there.

The room was large and the hotel had great amenities. Centrally located.

Room was clean, bathroom sink had a problem but they came to fix it right away. We loved their washer and dryer room it was extremely convenient for us. Room was big too.

Lovely hotel. Excellent and welcoming staff. Great location and wonderful breakfast. Great facilities they had laundry which helped us after the Dead Sea. I would definitely come to stay

It’s pretty close to stores and restaurants. However, be prepared for a bit of culture shock every time you arrive at the hotel, as they scan your luggage, bags, and backpacks for security.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night and the time it took them to cook our dinner was around one hour. When the food finally arrived it was pretty bad. A lack of flavor on everything. Just eat outside. The breakfasts buffet is OK but nothing extraordinary.

Nice size rooms. Within walking distance to Rainbow street. Good breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating from the beginning until the end of our stay, especially miss Juvie andJinky - every breakfast they’d go around and ask everyone if they needed anything and they always greeted everyone with a smile - the hotel had good facilities, the room we booked was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. The Location was good, it was close to a supermarket and to rainbow street. And the hotel had a good wifi connection ? we’re very happy we booked at the house boutique it made our stay in Jordan worthwhile

Booking.com rating was at 9.4 for a 5-star hotel. That is quite misleading at the facility is not at par with other 5-star hotels in Amman. Unfortunately that rating is what swayed out decision but it was the wrong one. The hotel is an OK 4 star facility with local management that is trying its best. No where close to the 5-star standards. The building is almost new construction with bad quality materials and execution.

It is comfortable, clean and good location

The hotel was quiet and calm as I wished for ?. And the staff were so polite and friendly. I loved the hospitality and the clean rooms. Also the lounge was very elegant. It’s not gonna be the last time I visit it. See you on October.

Everyone was kind and very friendly . The location is also excellent. This was my second stay at the House Boutique Suites and I look forward to my next stay.
