It’s clean and comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful

Loved the older look of the building. The finishes on the doors are really well taken care of.

I had issues with the shower head but I wasn’t a major issue. I could still smell smokers in other rooms even though I was in a non smoking room.

I did not have breakfast there because I had to travel, but I spent a good time in their coffee shop. Location is excellent and close to everything. Staff were very helpful and rooms were upon expectations.

The heating system was not quite good, the rooms are exposed to cold by big windows while the heating was not heating up

No safe at room, AC wasn't efficient, staff were mean about timing, wasn't a pleasure stay at all.

The place is measrably dirty and old, the huka smell is all over the building, the breakfast is not aidable and the staff is not friendly at all and don't bother about our complaints instead they argue

Excellent welcoming, hospitality and wonderful staff Best Location, Main road is a few meters , Supermarket, restaurants , all the way to the Airport, downtown Or aqaba, wadi rum and Petra.room service, very fast respond.Large Mall around, the Area is full of safety Money Exchange is behind.Easy pick up, can reach any area afew minutes.People around were so helpful,kind ?? & Lovely.

I have never left a 1 star review before, The staff was friendly, the bed and shower were excellent, and it is right next to a cafe with delicious food. Behind the hotel are many shops. I would be very happy with my stay, except...

BED BUGS!! I planned to have a nine night stay for an excellent price, but had to move out early because I was covered in bites and was worried they would infest my luggage. At first I thought it might be mosquito bites, but then I found one. After alerting the hotel, they said they would "sterilize" the room, but only changed the sheets. It's my understanding that bed bugs are tenacious and often the mattress needs to be thrown away, the room sealed up and gassed, etc. The front desk staff were very kind, but after checking with their manager, would not let me move into another room, so I left for another hotel. I think this is a cleaning policy issue rather than the staff at fault. Per policy, I also did not get a refund, which I felt was pretty unfair. I had no new bites after I left and thankfully my luggage didn't get infested. I tried to express that the next person would likely have the same problem.

the breakfast is normal , the location is perfect, the price for one night is high comparing to the condition of the room

Customer service is very bad. Room was not cleaned daily despite multiple requests to do so. There are bugs. No Resturant, just a cafe.

Breakfast- they don’t have continental breakfast, it was more to the Arabic style, they didn’t had fresh fruits
