They didnt give us the room type that we booked and kept telling us its not available anymore while it was a confirmed book and there was no cancelation sent from them.

Not clean, dirty sheets and cover, light in bathroom was not working, AC was not working.

The room is big and there is good space, open 24 hours. The place is quiet and there is no noise and the location is good, close to restaurants and public transportation

The bathrooms were very dirty, smelled disgusting and rusty. The bathrooms were very dirty, smelly and rusty. Also, the bed and sofa were not clean, and the sheets and blankets were dirty. Not worth the money

I like the quick reaction of the staff when u need anything , just call 0 from your room and your problems will be fixed during 5 munties , and everything was good and quiet room even if the hotel close to the Jordan university was quiet..

When I prepare myself to leave the room and make check out , I went to collect all the plastic bags from my room but I surprised when I find the waste bin under the plastic bags was very dirty and unclean...and the hotel didn't have slippers for guest

The furniture was very old and not valid for use.the bath roo was too small and the shower doesn't working correctly. The towels was very old and damaged. It was a very bad stay.

Very spacious rooms and sitting area. Location is near to town maybe a few minutes drive.

Washroom is very tiny, it's built for a child. If you're an adult, you can barely for in the shower. Bedspread wasn't cleaned, found lot of hairs on the pillowcase.

What I love about this place is the cleanliness and the goodness of the staff. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM and he gave us the room and I was shocked. I asked again if he is serious about giving us the room and he said you are here already and the room is ready so why not. Superb!

the hotel location is in very good location ,and hotel Staff (Mr.Ali) was more helpful and friendly i am strongly recommend the hotel to all Jordan visitors,

The hotel is well equipped and comfortable with the guests staying, I liked the stuff there , they were very nice and friendly. I will come back again to this hotel whenever I come to Amman.❤️❤️
