the staff were nice

bathrooms are horrendous, rooms are not that great. breakfast was a joke!

Welcoming and smiling staff. Way better experience for a two-star hotel. Ms. Islam and her colleagues will help you and take care whatever you need. The breakfast was pretty good. The location is great. There is a food store - 24 hours open. Definitely recommend it!

I like the place and the reception is very kind. Ahmed helped a lot during the process of check out as I need to go to airport in the morning.

The hotel had good facilities, the breakfast was good and always on time, and the staff were undoubtedly the best part—friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The internet worked well, and the location was perfect for our plans, just 3 minutes from the Jett bus station.

There were two problems with the water, but they were resolved.

The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the Jett bus station, which offers tours to all the major tourist destinations in Jordan. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was good, considering the price.

Very nice stuff, convenient location when traveling to Petra (Jett station right next to the hotel).

The cleaning could be better, there was mold in the shower and opened small shampoos from I guess previous guests.

Greta location as it was next to the bus stop to Petra. Saw reviews before and was worried but honestly those reviews were stretches. It was completely acceptable and it was clean and the beds were comfier than most beds we have had in this trip. My only issue I had was I couldn’t turn off the bathroom light but that had to have been a user issue.

The location was better,considering it was opposite the hospital I was to have doctor's appointment

The breakfast..need to put more options considering people with egg allergy.

It was great from start to finish. Location is perfect nearby the Jett bus station. A lot of shops around and very close to attractions. Staff was great and the room as well.

Staff ! Not flexible and they didn’t want to work! I asked them if they have crib for baby they answered yes, then when i checked room i asked them again to bring crib for baby! They said it’s not available despite it was in the corridor! Again i called them asked for pillow they answered it’s not available! I left my room to the reception asked them again..they move to bring one for me!

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location as it is close to a Mall and centric to Amman, but that's it!

The room was really dirty with a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom, seems like sewage!Also there is a very bad damp showing on the walls of the room affecting the paint! Good it was only for a 1 night stay as if for longer I will be going out directly!

The only good thing I can say is that the location was quite good to where I worked.

Facilities were old and bad, bathroom didn’t have shower gel and when i asked they said they only provide shampoo. The towel they provided was very very old. no room cleaning the entirety of the three nights I staid there. I wouldn’t go there again.

Lots of midges. There was a mosquito at one point. White pillows, bed cover, and blanket were all yellowish. Only one dish for breakfast, with the same food every day.

Near from market, mosque, hospitals and the city center.

Breakfast is the same everyday containing one dish include one egg and 2 slices of martedella and cheese.

Very near from Jett Bus station (Petra bus) at Abdali around 150 m.You can wake up at 6:00 AM, and go to petra on time.

Not much food around this area.

1. Just one minute walk to Jett bus station, most convenient to catch the 6.30am bus bound for Petra. The Abdali Mall is about 5 mins away and there are minimarts for neighbours.2. Staff esp the front desk lady manager were welcoming and helpful and the latter helped order traditional local food that were simply scrumptious.3. Appreciate lift in the hotel.

1. No housekeeping, not even trash clearing during four nights of stay.2. No hooks in the bathroom, only two hangers in the cupboard, bath towel is a mite thin n the room was cold with no thicker blanket in sight.3. Room layout saw one of the two bedside chests blocking the mini fridge so its door cannot be fully opened.
