Needs to renew the rooms as before , long time ago was better than now .

The old furniture and not much clean .

Nothing was clean, from bedsheet to the bathroom, dust everywhere in the roomThey wouldn’t clean the room of you don’t request, yet don’t expect to see a clean room, breakfast is very bad, not recommended to book with breakfast ??‍♂️

It was really dirty and the water was not hot enough… smelled like smoke too a lot of the times

It was clean and spacious.

Staff was rude. I found cheaper hotels with the same features, but they didn't have a swimming pool, so I booked this hotel only because of it's swimming pool but the wimming pool was only available from 4pm till 6pm. Also if you sleep in and come down after 10am don't expect any breakfast. They said 10am latest and they mean it.

Good location

Toilet was slightly yellow and dirty and there was a bad smell but other than that it was good for its price.

Swimming Pool was awesome.

The extremely load and relentless base from the hotel bar that lasts from 9pm to 3am, every night, ruined whatever I might have enjoyed about this hotel.

Warning to all travellers. The hotel has extremely load music playing from what is essentially a club in the lobby. it lasts from 9pm to 3am in the morning. All you can hear in the rooms is relentless base which cannot be drowned out by earplugs, trust me I tried. It is impossible to get any sleep what so ever! When I asked the reception the next morning I was informed this happens every night! Avoid this hotel at all costs if you need to sleep.

Breakfast was very good and the location was near the small supermarket also near to one small market with good meal and beatiful sweets. Also it is not far by walking from the Galery Mall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best was Montaser.

The pool was good but sometimes the place around the pool was full. Also the pool is only for women from 10 o clock to 16 o clock and if I can recomende something maybe will be better banned smoking cigarettes around the pool. That s all.
