The Compass Hotel

I had a great stay at Compass hotel and this is probably the 4th or 5th time. Rooms are exceptionally clean with all the amenities provided. Staff are extremely Helpful and polite. Breakfast was a mix of oriental and international food. Good coffee ?. They even helped me find a driver for all my travels Mr. Omar and he was punctual and friendly.Definitely will go there again.

Excellent service in this hotel, the rooms are clean and beautiful, me and my family enjoyed so much in our stay Thanks for Shoubaki from the reception member who help me in everything I asked for with his extra mile and recommendation and highly respond For sure we'll be back again

The service was exceptional, and the staff were consistently helpful. Mr. Ahmed Salem provided outstanding assistance with all seven of our suitcases to hold for a day. We look forward to returning to this hotel after our visit to Petra.

The breakfast and staff were good

The room was small 315 , and the walls were not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were noises coming from the springs, so it really needs to be replaced. I also didn’t feel that it was clean, and the mattress should be changed as well. The water from the shower was not comfortable — it was either extremely hot or very cold during the shower.

The hotel was new, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and staff were amazing and friendly. Good value for the money.

Room service didn’t change bed sheets daily, even though one of the pillows fell of the bed and was already stained with dirt, they don’t change the sheets during your stay unless you ask them!

Location is premium, Forca restaurant is beautiful downstairs, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful

Room not clean unfortunately despite daily cleaning, lots of bugs in the bathroom, floor dirty and not mopped thoroughly

Not clean, hotel mentioned that one of the facilities is parking and when you arrive and find it full they must help you to park the car not telling you no space manage yourself not my responsibility.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. I spent 2 nights there and had an excellent time. Big, clean spacious room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.

Good location. Superb staff, especially Mr. Raad and Ms. Heba, who were really gracious in helping out and answering all my queries and requests.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made the stay extra pleasant. Great value for the price.

Breakfast was nice but could offer a bit more variety. The classic room was cozy, though it might feel a little small for two people.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. Heba at the reception was especially helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
