AlQimah Hotel Apartments

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location. 5 min by taxi to Almadina Almunawara St where you find all kinds of restaurants. Free car parking. They also have car rental at very reasonable rates. The Mgr was very helpful.

All thanks to the AlQimah staff, I was greeted very nicely when I arrived, staff are friendly and available 24/7 ,very helpful when needed. The place was clean and decent. A little bit of cigarette smell in the building ( from guests I believe ) but tolerable. I found the Location was convenient, but the fact the that it’s located on a very busy road makes it a bit noisy especially in the early morning hours. Overall I was happy with my stay :)

My worst stay in Amman, never going to book again in this hotel

Rooms are not well furnished, very small bathrooms, no ventilation in bathrooms, parking is not enough for all guests, you have to park outside the hotel.

Covered parking space. Easy to find the hotel. Great stuff.very polite. The room was great like a small apartment kitchen,plates microwave, fridge toiletries,towels,they even gave us slippers. Balcony with a view into the University forest. Close to amenities. They had a menu if you wanted to eat. The lift was working. The cleaners were very nice. Overall it was a great experience and we got more than we paid.

The receptionist didn't know very good english but he was very polite.

The man who works the front desk seem to be amazing with customer service. The only issues we had were that the cleaning ladies took a large bag of Nescafé from our room and I found it in their bag and they laughed about it. At that point I did not accept any more cleaning services for the rest of my stay. Also skip the dry cleaning service because I'm pretty sure everything was washed downstairs and a regular machine. Some of my wife's more delicate clothes which were supposed to be dry cleaned had burn marks on the tags which to me weren't indicative of dry cleaning at all. Beyond that the hotel apartment was fantastic except for the hard beds and pillows

Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel. Professional, helpful and kind staff. We really enjoyed out stay. Best quality for the money. We recommend this place. 10/10

New furniture, cozy serviced appartment.

First night i arrived i found that they forgot to chqnge the bed sheet. I contacted the receiption and immediately they apologized and changed it. There was little noise from the lift but i managed to sleep well.

Very professional, friendly and approachable staff. Genuinely wanted to resolve issues when they were raised.Very comfortable pillows.

Difficult to fall asleep at night due to audiable street noise.The appliances were present but in a very poor state. There was a single socket to be shared between a microwave and kettle - and the microwave cord was too short to reach it anyway. Such simple yet obvious oversights were present in many places. There was barely any cutlery, plates etc which limited the usefulness of the kitchen.P.S. I booked a room with a bed + sofa bed but the room assigned to us had only one double bed. Had to wait till next day to be moved to the correct room.
