Panda Hotel Apartments

No breakfast including.why? I don't understand. In the promotion there is.what's happen?

I came from new york to visit Amman and I don’t know anything about this city but this guys at panda hotel they were like family to me and my wife very helpful Full service of everything Gentlemen Safety and the best area in Amman I am really excited for my next visit to stay at panda hotel All love for you guys

Nothing everything was perfect

Great location. The rooms are big .staff very nice

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The apartment was absolutely lovely – spacious, well-maintained.It provided all the comfort and amenities I could need for a relaxing stay.Additionally, the location was perfect – centrally located, making it easy to explore the best of the city, with great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location, along with friendly and attentive staff.I will definitely be returning!

Payment was not made upon check-in. Because my check-out was early in the morning, the owner told me via whatsapp to pay today - after I entered the room.I told him I had an infection and was very sick so could not walk to the reception, but he still told me to come. I told him again that I couldn't and he came to my room. It was the owner's fault for not charging me when I checked in, so I wanted him to come to my room earlier if he could.Also the heater for the shower was not turned on first and the owner never mentioned to it. After I told him there's no hot water, staff came to my room and told me to wait for 15 mins... I've never stayed in such a hotel.

Spacious clean bedroom, living space and integrated kitchen, good hygiene, kind and helpful staff, good location with a walking the 7th square bus station, nice neighborhood with many shops and different facilities nearby including 3 malls, and though you can hear traffic noise, generally it's not disturbing. Good value for the money. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The bathroom could have been a little bigger, and hot water depletes a bit quicker than usual. Sometimes the AC unit generates repetitive noise.

Staff was really helpful and kind. The young guy (in his twenties, with an excellent american accent) is very nice and always available to help and provide advice. The room is spacisous and comfortable.

I liked that it is kinda close to the mall

I didn’t like anything about it, bathrooms are in very poor condition, walls kinda dirty, blankets are old dirty and some had holes in them. Also, the building’s door is in a narrow street and get filled with cars so no taxi can pass. The most annoying thing is the staff didn’t even took the bags upstairs, most of the time the front desk is empty which gives insecure feeling anyone can go up to the apartments. They have only one very small elevator.

The service wasn’t good , they give us hard time when we ask for breakfast, manythings in the apartment not working , I will not take this again

They charge me 3% for using my visa , if I ask for breakfast , they told me go outside better

The staff were so annoying, rude, disrespectful and dealing with everything in a very bad manner.I would never go back again only because of the staff. They were literally horrible.we left few hours after checking in as we could not take it and stay there.I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

It was winter time when the temperature was below 7, but the hot water was finishing in less than 4 minutes.It seems that the capacity of the heater is too low. 2 people can't take shower at the same timeWhich is badAlso I was staying for 3 days and they didn't clean the room once.Also not a bottle of waterAs 4 stars hotel, it was under my expectation

friendly staff and a nice big room. Also very nice they had there own parking place.
