They provide only one card key for accessing the room, while we needed more for flexibility. Moreover, our room wasn’t ready during the check in although we checked in late in the night.
As soon as I enter the room, it smells sooo good! The properties are clean and well organized. Their free breakfast is delicious too! And the price? So worth it. Overall, I enjoy my stay.
I requested for a twin bed but got a queen bed instead. Maybe need to remind the reception again after online booking.

Facilities are good. Easy access to the Jordan University and near to many food stalls too. Staff are very friendly and nice. Uber is easily available. Near to most locations such as Downtown Balad. Surely will come again next time
