Comfort Hotel Suites

It was pleasant

The mattress was old and incredibly soft and worn out

I was not aware of breakfast being served. The rooms were quite large in the suite. You cannot drink the tap water but I was always given large bottles of water when requested. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

I didn’t have any issues that were not quickly addressed by the staff, like understanding how some of the kitchen appliances worked. I often was out of my room for several hours and my plastic keycard to my room would need to be recharged so I just had it done before I went to my room by the person at reception. Problem solved!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, and there are a lot of restaurants and malls around. Very friendly staff, and they are always available to help. Compared to the price, it is very recommended.

Nothing. It is a 3-star, so don't expect more!

The location is excellent The staff are very kindThe rooms were clean and provided with all what we need

location, room and the AC ,even the owner is so nice and gentle

no free parking specially at noon , which leave you driving in circles to find a near spot

The staff was incredibly friendly, A special shoutout to Malek, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The hotel room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room, When you open the door, you find a board that separates the two rooms. which made it far from soundproof. For a hotel, this setup is disappointing. You could hear everything from the other room.

Highly recommended! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, flexible, and positive, and they assist us with everything we ask for, even things beyond their usual duties. They helped us with buying water and delivering it to our room, even though they weren't obligated to. Truly outstanding service!Furniture: The size of the room was big, and the king bed was super comfy!About what we didn't like: everything was great, nothing missing, just recommend them to add breakfast option service, and the rooms not so isolated, but it was not so noisy

Very cleanVery helpful Nice people

Nothing badEverything will

I Liked the size of the apartment, the location was excellent , and the staff were very friendly.

The furniture were too old.The ventilator system in the bathroom, was too much loud that you can hear it from the bedroom.

Staff especially Mr. MUHAMMAD

Hotel located at very crowded area.

Home away from home. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Comfortable. Location is my favourite in Amman. All staff are friendly, professional and accommodating.

The staff were all very friendly. Mustafa who was on the desk in the mornings helped us a lot with transport and a day trip to Jarash. The location was surrounded by grocery shops, bakery, eateries and many other shops.

The breakfast was not included with reservation. The location is perfect and room was quite.

My third time choosing Comfort Hotel Suites, and can reconfirm from previous experiences that its great location and value for the money. Not to forget the friendly staff.

The whole experience was one I will never forget. I have visited many countries over the years, but the hospitality in this hotel is truly unmatched. The staff is unlike anything I have ever seen, some of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaners are always available if you ever need anything at all. The location is wonderful -- It's not a loud area and you can Uber anywhere you want which will cost you around 2-3 dinar (less than $5). Once you call the Uber, he will be there in a matter of 2-3 minutes since the location is great. I will definitely be staying here in my next visit to Amman.

The staff was amazingly helpful. When my flight was cancelled and arrived a day late, they willingly only charged us for one night instead of two.

Room was spacious, comfortable. Kitchen corner great. Big thanks to Sultana who helped me a lot with bus connections outside of Amman.

Check-in was fast simple and easy and staff was incredibly friendly. The location is fine I think, close to the 7th circle and the JETT bus station there which I needed. There's also a great bakery close by. I only needed this place for a quick night. Overall, the room was big, great, spacious, had everything that I needed and it was a pleasure staying there. I would come back there for sure!

Location with access to everything, and nearby shops traveler may need. Restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is great and welcoming as I met them month or so ago, in my first visit.

The location is one of the biggest attributes of Comfort Hotel Suites. As I used to live in Amman some time ago, I pretty much knew the location, and I was hoping it would be great for my visit, however, I must say that I discovered that there is more to it. Perfectly located if you want to taste Amman first hand and use it as your base to discover Amman and nearby places if you are doing daily excursions. The first thing when I checked in was that the hotel upgraded me to a bigger suite, which is nice to feel welcomed. The young gentleman at the reception, Mr. Abdallah, (sorry if misspelled) welcomed me, informed me of the upgrade, and assisted to get my bags moved. My first impression of the room was as it was described, with a spacious bedroom, living room with a couch, and well-equipped kitchenette for quick meals or coffee/tea. I knew there is a pub downstairs, and you can use the backdoor for quick access. Must mention the gentlemen who are taking care of the cleanliness in the room, all of them were great, asking you if you need anything, and if you sleep a bit longer, as I did, asked to clean up, as I was leaving for a stroll. Must mention Mr. Ali, very polite and helpful, making your room and stay feel like home. To summarize, and I'm sorry that I forgot all the names, all staff in the hotel is GREAT and will help you with anything you may need. I highly recommend the Comfort Hotel Suites for your stay, family, couple or solo. Well done !

Dust on the streets is because of the empty lots for construction. But that's the location. This would not affect the stay in the hotel. Streets could be cleaner, but with all the movement of people, it's expected to have some trash.
