Staff is amazing, very friendly and very willing to help with anything ... Everyone, from the reception to the housekeepers .. Especially Jamal, since he was the one I communicated with the most based on my availability time.The facility is good, clean, the bed is comfortable for long night sleeping .. AC is good, theres a comfy chair and desk for remote work.The surrounding environment has everything, a bakery very close by to get delicious and cheap breakfast, as well as many other stores or restaurants.

Not sure .. One thing which is not caused by the hotel itself: There are a couple (coffee shops) in the area, that are not really coffee shops, but scammers or (night clubs). Just be careful as I've been warned by many people of that whenever I ask for a place to work with a cup of coffee and my laptop.

The location is not very convenient because to get to the center you need to cross many roads without pedestrian crossings. The room itself was also not very comfortable, a hard mattress in which you could feel the springs, a very old and noisy air conditioner, there was no shelf for bathroom accessories near the shower. There were also only two towels and the second had to be used as a foot towel. Also at the entrance there is a metal detector that constantly beeps, but no one checks anything, why? If I'm not mistaken, the soundproofing was listed, but either it does not work or they lied, because I could hear perfectly well what was happening in the corridor, one day I listened for an hour as someone's alarm clock was ringing at 6 am.

The staff is very friendly ,and the room was so clean It's a small hotel , so I feel like I'm home , I want to thank madam Mirvat , who helped me a lot even before my arrival, Jamal from the reception and Nasr from the house keeping It really was a nice time The location of the hotel was super , 10 - 15 min from the town down, 15 min Walk to Abdali mall and Bolivar street and many markets and restaurants very near as well as money exchange

Doors are not noise proof and you can hear your neighbor. Fortunately my neighbor was not a very loud person.

The location has a dangerous street, and If you are a solo traveler, make sure you do not get tricked by any local through dating apps, even if they claim to be accurate. The neighborhood is filled with scammers and people who can rob all your money and make you feel lost and destroyed in a foriegn country..I got robbed of all my money and was left helpless and clueless

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Prime Hotel.... The staff was friendly as usual, the room was comfortable and the stay was quiet. In the morning they offered me coffee. It was wonderful. I loved the stay very much

It’s absolutely terrible hotel. The facilities are terrible and old. I don’t know how people could even rate it as normal. We just stayed because we had only 5 hours before leaving for Jerusalem and we already paid. Terrible, terrible hotel We even slept fully dressed

She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

Considering the size of the room and its convenient location, the hotel offered a remarkably affordable price. The staff members were incredibly helpful.

The hotel entrance was hard to find due to its small size, which was inconvenient. Moreover, some lights in the room needed maintenance, resulting in insufficient lighting inside.

The staff is very cooperative and helpful. I received a room upgrade the minute I reported problems in my room which didn't have any problems . The location is excellent and getting a taxi / Uber/ Careem is extremely easy.

The room I booked first needed a lot of maintenance, the sockets weren't working neither was the TV and same for the table lamp. Yet , this all was addressed he minutes I talked to the staff
