New MerryLand Hotel

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and my room at this hotel. The breakfast spread was also very nice, I quite enjoyed it. I got there a little early because I had a morning flight and they arranged last minute airport pickup for me and allowed me to check-in early. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.NB: Lobby smells great! ?

Staff, particularly Ahmad at the reception, were very helpful and welcoming. Additionally, the room was clean and I liked the cleanness and the style of the hotel as a whole.

This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman. The staff were especially respectful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free breakfast upgrade during my stay. Overall, a great experience!

For improvement, the mini-fridge in the room was a bit noisy at night, so I had to unplug it while sleeping. Also, there were no slippers initially, but when I requested them, they were promptly delivered to my room.

The Merry Land hotel was great! The staff were extremely nice and helpful! Mohammad was always willing to help me and was there to answer any questions I had. I felt extremely conformable and safe in this hotel. There is no doubt in my mind that when I return to Jordan, I will book this hotel again. By the way, thank you so much Mohammad for the Sea Salt souvenir, that was so sweet of you!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and calm. Mohammad at the front desk was very nice to work with. Breakfast was good as well.

Good, apart from a poor night's sleep!

Noisy neighbors at 3am who also appeared to set off the fire alarm. Electricity in my room was problematic due to a faulty key card socket.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We stayed in a large two-bedroom apartment, which was very clean. The breakfast was excellent—one of the best we had in Jordan. The staff were very friendly, and we really appreciated that on our last day they started breakfast earlier so we had time to eat before leaving.

Because this apartment was large, it was a bit cold inside.

It is a 3 star hotel but really good value for money . Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and central location .

it was our second stay at the hotel. the room was very clean and very comfortable and with a great view of the avenue and the mosque. breakfast is also yummy!

The hotel was in ideal location. Have all the basic facilities..Mohamed was exceptionally good.He went out of his way to help us in booking a Taxi and Tours for our next days in Jordan and making it very easy for us. Also gave us complimentary bath salts from dead sea.Hospitality has been great.If I come to Amman again will stay in the same place.

The location was very good, the staff always extremely gentle, cleaning was well done and breakfast very complete.

Unfortunately we ended up in a room with infiltration of water, so the carpet was very wet. It ended up having some bad smell. Because they were completely booked, they couldn’t immediately change our room, so we ended in the same room until the end of our stay. They all did their best to help us, unfortunately there was no solution because of the high season overbooking.

Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. It was a good location for a one night stay.

Wifi was not great. Facilities were also pretty old and dated. The shower head was really really bad. I only stayed for 1 night and probably would have moved hotels if I had to stay longer.

Great place with welcoming people. Everyone’s smiling in your face. My sister came with us the first evening and stayed for a couple of hours before she left for the airport. They gave us a triple room to accommodate her. We also got an upgrade to include breakfast. That was a nice gesture since we didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area. We had a car and I liked that there plenty of free street parking available

It was clean, amd we had a great view too! The staff was amazing, really helpful and helped a lot to improve our stay. I could only recommend!

The property is very nice and clean. I had a comfortable stay and appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The breakfast is flavorful and beautifully prepared. The hotel staff Mohamed made our stay incredibly nice. Amman downtown is just 2 away. Highly recommended.
