Pros +
- Just a place to sleep, nothing more, nothing less. The prices are extremely cheap, and the rooms were well organized and clean for the value. The staff were extremely sweet and always helped out whenever they possibly could. They do room service, and even helped weigh my bags before travel! The location is close to many bars, and Jordan's downtown.
- the staff makes the place. super nice but it is what it is. a huge room for a good price near the good bus stop to get t
- Great stuff especially Ali one of the staff great gentleman. Nice and quiet
Cons -
- The place is incredibly old, yet has been moderately maintained over the time. The rooms were full of mosquitos in February. No breakfast whatsoever. Otherwise, there isn't much to complain about!
- A little far from the masque. And the market. Other than that it was good
- I had to ask to change the bedsheets as it seemed having slept in before me - there was hair in it. I had to ask to clean the wardrobe as it was full of dust obviously visible. Also you had to use various tricks to get the water out of the shower.

The cost of the accommodation was the thing I liked most of all. The staff was very friendly and helpful even with their limited English.

Location - very near where my event took place, at walking distance. Also near restaurants and a very popular shawarma joint. Price was also great ?
? this is not my first time there, so I cannot think of anything that would prevent me from going back.
Very good lookation and very good staff at the reception.when we arived at the hotel,we have afree coffe.
Room size is good, confortable and clean beds.
Shower doesn't work, very low pressure, disorganized people at the desk, long check in, i left the place bit before the starting of breakfast, zero effort to provide even a coffee.
Friendly and helpful staff
Very dirty (the bathroom was not cleaned at all), we were very bothered by the traffic from outside and the noise from neighbours, the place felt unsafe
Amazing staff, always ready to help and super friendly. Great room for the money you pay and nice garage parking. THANK YOU for all your help and kindness ???
The hotel is in a perfect location - close to everywhere. The rooms are rather basic, you won't get the super comfortable beds, but you will get a nice space:) It was good enough, comfortable enough.
I hoped there will be a hairdryer in the room. Also, the breakfast was the same every day - very basic.
Friday staff, very helpful. Rooms just like the photos on internet. And very clean
big rooms and AC
breakfast
The kindness of the people working there is the best value; they did everything to make my stay comfortable, and they did it perfectly. The structure is well mainteined and clean. Breackfast was super!
Everything went fine.
Large room with older equipment but sufficient for sleeping. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby shops and restaurants and all attractive places a few minutes by car.
Weak water pressure in the bathroom and room cleaning can be better.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).
Location, friendly staff, good restaurants nearby.
Great location, helpful staff and good value for money.
Cooperative stuff . dealing with me with smile and kind .the room clean .and any time to clean yr room they respond
Very nice airport transport, location near centre.
Very, very cold we had to sleep in jackets. AC was old barely heat. Forget it about shower (to cold). I believe outside hotel was wormer. Room smelled of cigarettes, probably have been cleaned by the same person mopping hollway with cigarette in mouth. Mold on ceilings and wall corners. Strange pillar on centre room. During check in we ask if it is possible to get breakfast at 6:30 am because we have to leave at 7 - reception said that is no problem, they will bring it to room at morning. Next day we have looked at dining room at 6:45 and there was nobody. During check out receptionist ask me about breakfast(was in price) so we said we did not get it as it was agreed and we do not have time now, so Thank You very much and response was "Your welcome" :)
They contacted me before arrivalThey arranged for me ver very nice airport reception and drive me into and out my destination arranged good and not expensive limousine
