The Conroy Boutique Hotel

During our stay with the family, the experience fully met our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and provided enough space for everyone to feel at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to relax, and the staff were consistently attentive and accommodating to our family’s needs especially Mr Kareem the receptionist . Overall, the stay confirmed that this hotel is a great choice for families, and we would gladly return.

As a regular guest at this hotel, I have witnessed the continuous enhancements made over time particularly the improvements to the rooms and the owners have done an excellent job. The hotel features a very pleasant bar where you can enjoy a lovely evening, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Kareem.This stay was more of an exploratory visit to assess whether the hotel would be suitable for my family, as I was considering reserving two rooms. Kareem the receptionist kindly provided an alternative arrangement instead of two double rooms: one suite and one double room, both of which were excellent. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast is decent as well.

I like the location of the hotel, it was right in the middle and everything was accessible. The staff was great especially Jessica at the front desk always welcomed you with a smile.

I would say the breakfast can have a couple of more varieties. But overall it was fine as I was not a heavy eater.

We would like to thank the hotel for the generous upgrade from a double room to a junior suite. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, and our family with two kids fit perfectly in the room. We would also like to thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism, especially Jessica, who was very helpful. We had a very nice and pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hospitality.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the service was professional, and the staff made me feel welcome Especially Jessica thank you so much .The location is convenient and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would happily stay here again.

My second stay here… Both the rooms and the sweet are very well equipped and super clean… Kareem and Jessica at the front desk are just amazing, so friendly and always helpful… Was and will be my only choice in Amman.

I liked the bar and restaurant set up and the big screens were what I loved the most. The breakfast quality can be improved as it came alone as sub standard. The evening ambience in the bar is cool.

The bathroom set up with smaller bathing cubicle was too tight and this can be improved. The limited space for bathing makes it awkward for heavy people to fit in without splashing the water all over.

The hotel was clean, cute, and quaint. I liked how spacious the bed was and the mattress was comfortable.

My only complaint is that the bathroom had an odd odor when I arrived.

The location was perfect with access to all Amman attractions nearby, the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and cooperative, Ms. Jessica and Mr. Karim were outstanding in arranging day tours for us and giving us useful advice and information
