Crystal Hotel

It's very quiet and comfortable and very good employee

Yes it's quite and in nice area

I like the guy on the reception he did un upgrade because they didn't have 2 single beds available.

I didn't like the room that much ,it should be more clean the floor was little dirty also the toilet

The location is good

The hotel is not clean, the shower is not clean the floor is not clean the sheets felt not clean

Honestly, there wasn’t much to like. The location was okay and easy to reach some nearby places.

The cleanliness was very poor, the room looked nothing like the pictures, and the facilities were old and not well maintained. The staff were not helpful, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from outside. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The location is perfect, the staff was friendly the hotel was very comfortable

The location of the hotel , also the staff

I had a wonderful stay at the Conroy Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained.

The location is perfect for leisure. Staff are welcoming & supportive

It needs some maintenance & preferable to make yhe lobby non- smoking area.

Poor

Tv not working. Safe box is not working. No ion in room

The staff was very friendly and professional specially Mohammed from the reception was very helpful.

Good price ,Kind staff ,clean and center location ,parking, help with luggage

No view, but you will not find a hotel with any view in the center for this price . When you switch on the a/c there is a mole smell, should be cleaned by staff

The breakfast is the only good thing

1. **Smoking Smell:** There was a pervasive smell of smoking throughout the premises, making it uncomfortable to breathe, even in non-smoking areas. 2. **Plumbing Issues:** The toilets had a foul smell, and the plumbing clearly requires immediate maintenance. 3. **Noise Disturbance:** The hotel is located near a nightclub that operates until 2-3 AM, creating significant noise and disrupting sleep. 4. **Lack of Basic Amenities:** Despite requesting an additional quilt, the hotel failed to provide one. 5. **Non-functional TV Remote:** The TV remote didn’t work, and this issue wasn’t addressed during my stay. Overall, the hotel fell short in providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I didn’t even stay at the property, when I arrived there they told me that there’s no room available!!! Even it was prepaid room!! They asked me to check their other branch! Which is 10 minutes away!!

The room was very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, very good value for the money

There could be more variety in the breakfast

Wouldn’t let me check in to the hotel because I had my boyfriend with me we were both traveling from outside no where in the policy does it say.

We got a free upgrad because when we arrived there was no empty small room .. so they upgraded our room to a suite.

The bathroom needs some maintenence. The toilet lid was broken. And not in the right position. The safe was not fixed to the wall . Any body can carry it and leave.I couldnt have an adapter for the ele socket next to my bed to charge the phone. The staff gave us what we needed but not as nice as we expected.Brakefast stats at arroud 7:30 am .. we had to go out earlier at aroud 7:00 so we lost the chance to eat.

The staff wear so helpful and extremely nice and hospitable, no complaints, parking was a problem, they managed for me .

Just the temporary parking situation, always helped me

Decent breakfast.Convenient and clean for short stay.

Plug change is tricky between kettle and microwave. No Hangers found in wardrobe or anywhere else.

it was clean and good staff

It’s located next to a night club and literally I couldn’t sleep the whole night from the sound. That was my only problem

Location is perfect. Breakfast good. Accessible to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Central location

Air Conditioning noisy

The breakfast was appropriate, the location was excellent near many supermarketsو easy to travel to other locations
