The location is very good. Few kms away from the main attractions of the city and the nearby market and restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were not really good with communication as they are mostly Arabic and it becomes difficult to communicate if you don't know. But overall the staff were helpful and friendly.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences of My LifeThis was honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong. It was very unpleasant and nothing like what I expected. When I complained, the staff kept insisting the room was “good” and “non-smoking.” After arguing, they finally agreed to change it and promised to give me a “special room.”What made it even worse is that it felt like they were expecting a tip just for doing the basics. One staff member was acting overly friendly so I would tip him, and after he changed the room, he disappeared completely. Before that, I asked him for simple items like a toothbrush, and he said yes—but after taking the tip, he never came back.I even asked for a single painkiller—just one pill—and the staff looked annoyed and answered with attitude, telling me to go outside because they “don’t provide it.” No politeness, no care, nothing.Then, I asked for a late check-out. Even though the hotel was almost empty, they told me I had to pay half the room price just to stay two extra hours. Most hotels allow late check-out or at least charge a small fee, but not here. They didn’t care at all and just wanted money.The new room they gave me was still a bit dirty, and the customer service throughout my stay was horrible. The staff do not smile, do not welcome guests, and do not know how to treat customers. They didn’t even help with my luggage—I had to carry everything myself while they stood there doing nothing.I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this place.

Clean and quiet the staff was amazing

Everything was perfect. Thanks to Mr Rasem, Mr Nameer, and the valet. They were friendly, helpful and professional.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money at the specific area of Amman ( Surrounded by 5star hotels) though a bit far away from the center. Breakfast and restaurant are decent. Staff is exceptional.

Variety of breakfast and limited sweet options. Otherwise I cannot ask more in this price range.

The hotel is a good alternative if you don't want to stay in the 5-star hotels on 5th Circle but have business meetings there. The rooms are clean, and there is a small, cozy café on the ground floor.

Shower sink is hardly working

Location very accessible... Security guard is friendly and profeesional... Receptionist and room boys are accommodating... Breakfast is the same everyday but its good taste, Sir Jamal from the restaurant always wearing a smile and approachable.

The flooring of the room and toilet is a bit dirty, even the housekeepers always cleaning the room.

Excellent value for money. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Cafe/restaurant on the 4th Floor is very convenient. This is our 2nd stay here. Highly recommended.

The staff were wonderful, especially the Manager and staff in the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Reception and Porter also went far beyond their duties. The price of the accommodation was much less than I would expect.

The staff were AMAZING and very helpful! The location is so perfect, there’s a pedestrian bridge that helped us walk around and discover the area in a short span of time.

I’m not an eater so the breakfast was good with different choices to choose. The menu was easy to use and the restaurant view was so beautiful.

The Staff were nice

the bathroom lacked water pressure and hot water, that was bad because i travelled in the winter.the bed felt like it was a weird size i am 175 cm and still my feet were hanging off the edge of the bed

Nice staff, sitting in the lobby is relatively calm.

There is no acoustic insulation in the windows, you hear a lot of noise from the road. Breakfast not good at all.
