Ream Hotel Amman

Location

Internet

I liked that its very causy and friendly, the staff makes you feel that you are home , away from the standards of the hotel , i asked for some things that was not included in my reservation but they were happy to offer it for free , i recommend this place of you are away from home but you want to feel at home

Nothing was bad

Very helpful and nice stuff. Big rooms, very clean compared to other hotels in Jordan.

Breakfast can be better

the staff was very respectful and kind , also they are serving sahour meals and that is wonderful for fasting , i have also noticed that they are doing renovations and cleaning

the noise from the renovation was a little bit loud

buffets are so good and natural, fresh food with a very experienced chef ( Ahmad ) he served us very good

little bit noise on the lower floors because its close to the street

rooms are clean , staff i ls very respectful and helpful, a lot of services around the hotel and a very fast wifi

little bit noisy on low floors

Honestly, breakfast is the best I experienced in Amman due to diversity and collection other than the waiters are in standby mode to provide what you prefer. "thumb up for the chef"

2 elevators help much for fast accessing.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone from the concierge to the cook, went above and beyond. Service was great

Hotel is located on a very busy noisy road. Breakfast was very mediocre... Boiled egg, salad and bread with black tea everyday. Not at all worth paying for. Some rooms had no hot water and were not very clean.

Near to the restaurants & supermarkets

Exchange money not near to the hotel.

Finding transportation was easy and many stores / restaurants close by. The concierge and check in staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Always going above and beyond to assist.

The location is set on a very busy street which makes it very noisy all day and night. Not much done to soundproof rooms. Breakfast was very mediocre and not at all worth paying for. Breakfast stayed the same for the days we stayed there. Rooms were not very clean and not all rooms had hot water in the shower.

The staff are friendly, the chef tried his best to better the breakfast for me, the balcony is lovely, the location was in the street where there're many restaurants and shops.

The rooms were not clean especially all the dust under the bed, you have to keep asking for toilet paper, the door card key kept jamming and they sometimes took more than a day to get it fixed, people smoke in the rooms and building, the breakfast can be better if they gave the chef more ingredients and equipment

Location is near to all services.

Staff, breakfast, cleaning, internet

I like the hotel it’s good design and calm, Also the staff are very good, but they are too slow in responding. The location is far from the center.

Very mediocre service...

Room wasn't cleaned during my 2 nights even once. The morning staff wasn't very professional or helpful.Price was quite high for the quality and services offered. There are additional taxes not mentioned in "Booking.com", that were charged when I got there.

Location and staff

Local telephone was broken / I had to ask them to clean the room / breakfast was poor

Safe place and good people

Room insulation not good, you can hear the normal voice from next room, also you can smell cigarette from outside your room..Double Bed is not big as usual.

Very bad
