Balcony Hotel

The location is good with money exchange and restaurants and shops in the same street. The staff were exceptional i had an issue with my booking and they fixed it and gave me an even better room plus they were willing to mannered and helpful

The stuff were hospitable and friendly. They were helpful in all aspects and guided me around the area

I could hear some noises due to the traffic around the hotel

Activity the location it's very nice. It's near everything you can find hotels, restaurants, supermarket, and more things.

The comfort and ease of the facility. Staff were amazing, especially Nimer and emhemmad. By the end of the trip staff felt like they were family. You will not regret staying at balcony hotel.

Starting fron the traditional Jordanian welcoming entrance, to the super friendly Staff. To the big size room, to the decent size nice balcony with the city view, to the calmness, cleaness.I delt with Ibrahim, Hasan mainly, but all others were always smiling.I stayed their during the holy month of Ramadan, Hotel took the responsibility of waking people up to have a free hotel Suhoor.The location of the hotel is great, surrounded with alot of resturants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and other services, as if u r in the midtown.I will select them for my next visit.

Wifi was very bad and the sheets weren’t placed well and not comfy

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The view was lovely, the curtains kept the room very dark so I could sleep in, and the location was perfect for what I was doing in the city. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I used the laundry service and it was very fast, as well. The staff were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The only small issue was that the room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but after turning on the AC and airing out the room, I didn't notice it. It was also mostly in the living room area and not the sleeping area thankfully.

Great value for the price, I liked the balcony, the room is spacious and clean. The balcony tops the total experience.

the staff is very polite, kind and ready to help. The hotel has parking. The rooms were clean.
