Something in my room¿s bathroom was leaking, had to get the maintenance twice to get it fixed. Reception people aren¿t nice except for 1 female who was nice to me. bell boys and concierge men are weird, rude, and unhelpful. They like to complicate it

The twin room was not spacious enough.

The room was spacious, breakfast was great and the room and hotel was clean.

I didn't like that the shower head was not as powerful as I expected. It was pretty soft without power and it took time for the water to get hot, so that was a bit annoying.

The restaurant was excellent with variety of food options .the staff were professional and friendly, the hotel was clean overall.reception service was excellent ,and luggage assistance was very efficient

I liked everything about the hotel the staff are friendly and they answer you quickly without any delay with fast action to what you ask the free parking also goodthe rooms are simple and nicei always stay here in this hotel when i come to amman jordanalso good value and its in center of amman

the breakfast needs to have more variety and the water flow in the bathroom is kind off slow because of green thinge, and last thing the AC is zones you can not transfer it from cold to hot only by the hotel can do that

The hotel was excellent in every way.The hotel facilities, room, bathroom, swimming pool, and gym were all spotlessly clean. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location was very convenient.The front desk staff were also very helpful, especially Mr. Sultan. I truly appreciate his warm hospitality and support throughout my stay.I was really satisfied

Excellent location. The room is clean and in good shape. The view was nice. I have not heard street noise. The water bottle was sufficient for me (close to 1L or 750 ml).

I think the sound insulation was not that good. The room was next to the service door which created noise from door openings and closings. The breakfast is very basic.
