Seven Roses is in the calm and safe area, very clean, great service and good breakfast. I highly recommend it for stay in Amman.

Spacious, clean accomodations, extensive local breakfast options, courteous staff ( Mira in reception) all made me feel welcomed. Located in the 7th circle in close proximity to shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. A short ride to Rainbow street, downtown Amman etc.My flight arrived early in the morning and I was extended the courtesy of having breakfast while my room was prepared, after which I enjoyed early check in. Very high marks for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Seven Roses Hotel in Amman for three days during a recent business trip and had an excellent experience. The

Close to the highway surrounding the city and private parking - also provided uber service to go to city center

Had to wait over an hour on our first morning because of nobody available in the kitchen. was solved the day after. did not have cola or sprite , and most of all : no hot water in the shower

friendly and helpful staff location was very good 15-30 min drive to any place in Amman room was almost as expected near the Safeway hypermarket that is open 24/7near a huge diversity of restaurants and cafes

private parking without shades across the street and with 2 JOD fees per night a 4 stars hotel is expected to offer free parking for their guests the fridge wasn't cold enough some days the weather was warm and I felt that I needed to turn on the A/C but it wasn't available because it is winter and only central heating is available I had some problems with my room access card multiple times however the staff was very helpful

The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the reception and the room service guy ahmed were the best , also there was a guy in the breakfast area he is so helpful and kind but didn’t catch his name , overall the staff here are very helpful and respectful.

They didn’t change the sheets for 4 days even tho they cleaned the room daily, the refrigerator wasn’t working, the bed is kinda small and not comfy .

Great staff. Moved us from a room that had a broken lock. Restaurant food was great. Hotel staff saw that it was birthday and gave me brownie and ice cream.

Lock on our first hotel room did not work. Lights on first floor were not bright in hallway.

Rooms are tidy and clean . Breakfast was not bad, had a variety and the place is actually nice.

Once I asked the staff to replace the tea bags in my room with green tea. The employee responded that it is not possible !! Then another employee from the restaurant tried to help but I believe he turned my experience to worse, then he said yes it is possible but you have to pay for it as an order from the restaurant!! I replied that I only asked to replace the two black tea bags in my room with green tea, I do not want to purchase a green tea cup from the restaurant, As a result they provided one tea bag, handed to me. If this indicates something, it is surely does not reflect a good standard in same category hotels in how they managed a simple request from a 1st timer customer, and it may indicate a bigger issue

Welcoming and accommodating staff, kindly upgraded my room on first night, always provided bottled water when required.

The breakfast and dinner meals are tasty with a lot of variety. I would like to see more options with the satellite channels.

Parking is a challenge due to limited parking space.

Location was adequate

Tired room, poor mattresses and dirty windows. There also was a party of the rooftop, we stayed on level 4 and the noise all night was atrocious. Every chair that moved in the party, we felt and heard. The door slammed all night from guests exiting the party and the music was loud and we were unable to sleep for our very early check out.

To start with this is not a standard of a 4 star hotel, its merely an furnished apartments you find in UAE & KSA. Pathetic service right from housekeeping to Breakfast to attitude of the people. To list a few, Don't expect slipper, dental kit as basic, you get only when you ask. There were no vanity kit at all. For 3 days housekeeping did not change the pillow cover & comforter until I confronted them. Extremely poor menu at the breakfast. except at front office no body know the language other than Arabic. Very basic breakfast menu with same items repeating for the 4 days stay. :(
