Quite and staff helpful

The bed not comfortable

Amazing experience! I stayed here at the beginning of my trip in Jordan, before I went for several days to Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Then I stayed here again after that trip. It was an incredible experience! The staff are so helpful, kind, and go above and beyond. The rooms I stayed in were beautiful and immaculate. I would absolutely stay here again - excellent, gorgeous hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff to help you as needed. Samir Alrigeb and his staff during breakfast service were exceptional and took very good care of us. They remembered us each day and even offered to pack us a breakfast box given we had a very early flight.

Having to go through a metal detector every time we entered. Was not expecting that. Rooms are also slightly dated but still met our needs.

The suite was perfect and immaculate condition.

- Old Sanitary ware.- TV entertainment is very limited ( No smart apps ( Netflix , prime tv , starzplay , … )

We did not receive flexibility from the receptionist for choosing the room options / upgrade unlike other hotels in Amman where we usually get more welcoming and more options

Parking is not convenient and valet parking is not clear Staff is not well oriented and need guidance

I liked everything

The hotel is centrally located. We had lunch and dinner at the Lombard restaurant and the food was excellent. We didn't get a chance to try the other buffet restaurant, but heard from our fellow travelers that it was very good as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

amazing location, friendly staff, room had everything, and the water pressure was amazing

room service took so long, first time it took 40 min the second time it took an hour and had to call to cancel cause i had to leave, the chair in the room was very dusty and it was visible to the naked eye

very old rooms , I had room with hot water through my entire stay and they couldn’t solve it even though I informed them more than 4 times but they kept telling me it’s ok now when it wasn’t . I can’t believe that booking is giving this horrible hotel a good ratings

The chef made amazing food, huge shout out. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was nice too.

Breakfast had a lot of options for every taste! The room was very comfortable with a very nice view of the city. Great amenities with sauna, pool and jakuzi!

As a club member we could enjoy happy hour with open bar from 18:00-20:00. They only forgot to mention that only beer and wine were free, We had 4 cocktails and at the end we had to pay extra.

The staff and the ambassadors of Hyatt brand, unfortunately myself and my kids catch cold on arrival to Jordan, they staff they were very friendly and supportive with my kids , Night duty manager was calling to check on our comfort, housekeeping staff especially Essam and the night Duty Manager Hussam they were exceptional , security staff and front office , definitely I will visit again

Very clean, organized, modern, and over the top breakafast

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well! Delicious pastas and pizzas.

We ordered food for dinner to our room. I asked for the 18 hr steak sandwich but they sent the burger. It was ok.
