Clean rooms and nice breakfast.

It was my second stay during same month. Property is well maintained, clean, warm for cold Amman winter, big smart screen, spacious rooms. Staff are super friendly and would like to say thank you for: Rana, Mohammed and Ahmed from front office as been kind and progressive. Emad and Hammoud from Terrace for providing best breakfast vibes. Highly recommended to stay with a smart price

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location with some good restaurants within walking distance.

We needed help with the electrics! The set up was very different to the UK and some explanation of this would have saved the hotel staff time from having to come help us.

Great hospitality and staff service. The room was big and very comfortable, and we had a plate full of fruits the first night. The staff were very welcoming and warm.

The front office staff were amazing, so was the valet Parker, always willing to help and come out of there way to assist with everything. The room was spacious and clean.

The room smelled of cigarettes, the breakfast was below standard, no fresh fruit, bread and croissants were always stale, coffee not good unless you order cappuccino which you are charged extra.

Very kind reception staff and welcoming, especially Ahmed. The hotel is equipped with everything. The standard of the rooms and their cleanliness are very high.I would definitely come back .

Not a day passed without an annoyance because staff incompetence and amateur services. Most annoying staff smoking indoors, inconsistent room services/cleaning and passing the buck when correcting stuff, asif it is ok when other staff mess up (eg. I asked why staff smoke indoors. Reply is they shouldn’t but they still do… and nothing get done about it)

The verity of breakfast available. Also staff do listen. Eg. Staff meet and argue amongst themselves with loud voices. When I asked they should take such habit out of the ears of their customers , they stopped , almost…

Brand new hotel

Not clean, no proper management ( first time they didn't accept credit card, no machine available, they took cash only, then next day after following up we were able to pay, but later accountant cancelled the payment mistakenly, we had to pay for the 3rd time again) The staff are good but not organised or prepared!!

The place is clean and spacious, the staff is super friendly and very responsive, specially Rakan, Odai, Salah, Samer and all of the room service and house keeping staff, also the reception staff are very helpful we took 3 rooms and they were too friendly with our kids and elderly the restaurant staff also where very nice and they have a nice outdoor space for coffee and drinks.

The breakfast needs to improve a little bet it was very nice and clean but needs to be upgraded

Staff members were all kind, polite, helpful, always smiling with "can do" attitude. Manager (Mr. Zaabalawi) always present in person to instantly take care of any needs or issues.Security personnel at the entrance, although apparently on an outside contract, very helpful to the elderly who have difficult mobility. Odai and Rakan (if I recall the names correctly) attentively kept the room clean, tidy and fully supplied, without ever interfering with our A/C settings, curtain and lighting preferences like other hotels do.- Well thought design accessibility-wise, the manager even had their team install a support bar and a toilet seat showerhead in the room, within less than 2 hours of us suggesting them for our future visits! He humbly stated that they were on order anyway, not wanting to take personal credit, but we know he did so in order for us to instantly enjoy a more comfortable stay in our current visit!- Impeccable high level of cleanliness, well-balanced hygiene all over the hotel rooms and facilities.- Easy and instant no-hassle wifi access.- Lively location within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shops and services for business travelers.- Spacious well-designed rooms, comprehensive amenities and generous toiletries etc. Modern furniture. Controllable quiet yet powerful A/C.- Well varied and rich hot breakfast. Their fresh omelettes are not to miss!

I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the Amman.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities, great rooms... lots of close restaurants, mini markets, and several currency exchanges nearby. Available parking for the hotel, good breakfast.

Just traffic in Amman in general is heavy..
