Staff was excellent, Breakfast staff excellent overall it was a lovely stay specially the Hotel car and the driver Mothasan was extremly kind and very professional Thank you

Yes if we can get people not to smoke in the bar area and the restaurant that would be wonderful. really it was not a good experience going to the restaurant upstairs, sorry it will be much cleaner and healthier if you could work on it , I totally understand your bar and restaurant business will get hurt . but it will be rewarding and Pay you more in the long run

Everything was wonderful during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and they had arranged birthday surprises for us without any charge!

The rooftop pool is gorgeous, spotless, and the perfect spot to enjoy great coffee and local desserts.Every detail reflected care and quality. Highly recommended — a hotel that combines luxury with genuine warmth.

The stuff was friendly, unprofessional, and the location

The car noise coming from the main road and the gym and the breakfast was very poor

The hotel is in a nice location, it's quiet and peaceful. The outdoor lounge on the ground floor is very nice and the food was great. Rooms were decent and reasonably clean. Pool, gym and other facilities were good.

The breakfast area was very old, rusty, and small. I saw flies roaming around food, which is a hygiene concern.

Nothing special as normal hotels

Staff is not as good as other hotels , the room has no tooth brush or shaving blades even no soap . When i asked they said these are on request not a standard in this hotel . Which surprised me in 5 star hotel !!!!

We really loved the people, from the security team at gate to the beautiful team at the door to the team members working in the background. We are grateful to God for allowing us to stay with these beautiful amazing people.

We didn’t like the fact we had to leave. We miss the team❤️

everything and mohamad al aaraj was very good employee and very helpful

there was just one water glass in the room and the one of the staff (محمد الاعرج) solve the problem with extra glass and complimentary fruits and sweet

The hotel is one of the best in Amman. The staff, from the door to the reception, are exceptional. The check-in process was incredible, and the receptionist was very well-trained; he even offered me coffee while I waited for the room to be ready. The hotel’s lobby and coffee service were very welcoming. The restaurant is another key to their success, offering a variety of delicious food. The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.

The design cleanliness and rooms was spacious

The in room dining was bad. I was on the 9 floor the smoking smell was strong couldn’t sleep.The mattress is so bad and uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet is extraordinary with variety of foods from local foods, bakery products to western foods. Shoe shines service is quick.

Some times coffee cupules in the room are not fully refilled. Also the used glasses are taken away and not refilled. Some of the stuffs in restaurant had difficulty communicating in English.

When I first walked into the room, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke hanging in the air, which was surprising and off-putting. It was an uncomfortable start to my stay, but I tried to shake it off.Later, I decided to order a chicken club sandwich from room service since I arrived quite late at the hotel, hoping to enjoy a nice meal. However, when it arrived, I was pretty shocked to find that the chicken was pink and clearly undercooked. It wasn’t just a little off—it was raw in the middle. Not only was it unappetizing, but it was also unsafe to eat, which was really concerning.On top of that, I noticed that the room was missing some basic toiletries. I had to call down to the front desk to ask for them, and while they did bring them up eventually, it’s the sort of thing you expect to be in place when you check in, not something you have to chase down.This is not what I expected from the Four Seasons in Jordan, and I will not be staying there in the future.

Currently trying to get deposit back after a month. Our interactions with hotel were pretty poor in trying to get our money back. Quite clear our relationship with hotel was purely a financial one. Hence rating our stay as such.With no deposit back the cost of our stay is up manyfold. So very poor value.

The pool area is excellent, service one of the best I've met, food and restaurants at a high level, Personal and human relations

The Four Seasons Hotel Amman impressed with spacious, immaculate rooms ideal for three adults. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, service exceptionally attentive, and breakfast offered delicious variety. Located centrally, it facilitated easy exploration of Amman's attractions. Highly recommended for its luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

Toilet button was difficult to press.

The rooms are too small. Road noise all day long even though we were in the 15th floor.
