It was in a safe area. It had plenty of hot water.

If you are planning to visit downtown and the tourist sites like the Citadel you will be about a 20 minute driving distance.

Nice staff, very servicial people and good location

Overall all was good, just things to consider is to improve the cleanness in the turndown service.

Very central its location, the attention of the staff very friendly, the breakfast very varied.

They are not a very welcoming staff , the wireless connection is very very bad ( informed about it three times but problem still , the bags take a while to be delivered ( I had to call ) , I ordered water too at 9:30 pm, delivered at 12 am ( I had to call )

Uncomfortable stay and regrettable choice

The bad experience started right at the entrance when the valet attendant asked me to park my own car instead of taking it. There was no meet-and-greet service at all. I arrived late and, upon check-in, was given a key card that turned out to be inactive, so I had to go back to reception to have it activated.When I finally entered the room, I discovered two single beds instead of a king bed, no slippers, and no remote control for the TV. The noise from the main road was very disturbing, and there was also loud noise coming through the wall, which made it impossible to sleep.

Staff was helpful and courteous, the breakfast was very good with different varieties , the locations is great lots of things are walking distance or short taxi rides.

First room we stayed in was not the upgraded ones they have, but later we were moved to an upgraded room which is much nicer and much cleaner.

The guests were very noisy and annoying. it difficult to stay for a long time because of the hotel’s rule about food delivery. In addition, there were constant security checks and very few electrical sockets available, which was quite inconvenient.

Location is great, cleanness is seamless, staff are so kind, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic staff, breakfast, valet, room quality, and we loved the pillows! Complimentary water. Smiling faces and care and interest in my 5 year old girl. We will absolutely return.

We selected the property so we could swim. The pool was listed as heated on the website. By NO stretch of the imagination is the pool heated! We were unable to get in it was so cold. Major bummer. But we will come again in the height of summer, next year!

Facilities need renovation . It was terrible, the price for room for two adult was the same for one adult , I did this mistake on booking despite I put two adult in the search engine , however the hotel did not change reservation without fees , the hotel charged me 20 JOD extra and the room was not good . Overall it was overpriced and not recommended

My stay at the hotel was bad. The wall in the room was dirty and the towels were not clean. Also, the facilities in the room were not good: the safe didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work properly, there were no slippers, and the water pressure was a bit weak. The balcony window was full of cigarette butts, and the water bottle was already opened. One of the staff at night shift was very rude.

The room wasn’t cleaned when left for the work and up on complaining to reception they just said will check with housekeepers and didn’t even come back

The rooms should be much cleaner also they should do something about the smell in the rooms i have stayed many time in the past the breakfast buffet was much better and more variety of food this stay it was exceptional

The hotel is not so clean need renovations a more care about the cleaning specifically the carpets and the bothrooms

The hotel is generally clean and facilities are very good. The breakfast had a lot of varieties from the Mediterranean cuisine.

There is no plug to charge the phone beside the bed. The only available one was beside the mirror close to the room door.

Location and isolation of sound Reception staff were very helpful in whatever i needed

I liked the location — it was very convenient and close to everything I needed.

The room was too small, the service was bad, and the breakfast was poor. The price is too high for what you get.
