Breakfast and dinner buffet is below expectations Beach is bad

The staff was welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and featured an amazing balcony overlooking the swimming pools. Free towels are provided for use at the pools and the beach. The property is extensive, with several restrooms and changing rooms located around.Breakfast offered a wide variety of both sweet and savory options - everything was excellent - one of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel also has bars and restaurants on-site; we tried the one serving local food, and it was really good.

The beach could have been better maintained and looked a bit untidy, possibly because it was low season and some work was in progress. However, it didn’t quite match the overall quality of the hotel.

Golf carts should be available at all times on the beach, also spa should be for free when the weather conditions are rainy outside.Consider using spa and indoor pools for ≈ 20 JOD

Its a pain getting to the dead sea; lots of stairs.

Champions and the Italian were very good and I enjoyed the meals.

Crowded, noise and breakfast was not up to the usual standard.

Room was not good , it is partially on the swimming bool had a balcony , which is covered with cements and had slits , which obstruct the view, I am silver member, I should deserve better room, I have been to many Marriott hotels,bI will say, the worst room I have ever had.

The pool was great — large enough to accommodate many guests comfortably. The room was spacious and very clean; I have nothing negative to say about it. Breakfast was okay, though it would have been better with more fruit options such as watermelon and pineapple. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Ann from the bar, who was wonderful.

I didn’t like that we had to deposit an amount we didn’t actually use, and then wait for several days or even weeks to get the money back.

There weren’t any Sun beds available unless you tip workers. Guests had to book the available ones from as early as 7 am.

The restaurants, the breakfast, the staff, the reception, the views, the beach, I can go on, this place is absolutely magnificent. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent, Chef Ehab was very professional and super friendly, he made some special food for our baby, and provide us with whatever we needed.

We were treated so well! My sister and I stayed together for a weekend and truly felt like princesses. The staff were so attentive, anticipating our needs, and were so kind. Special thanks to Sultan at the pool, Yousef and the incredible Oak Tree restaurant (a MUST try!), the wonderful chef at the Italian restaurant who personally checked in on us, and and Alaa, the quality manager, and so many others! They truly made our stay wonderful and we will certainly be back.

Mohammed Alkayed made our check in so special he went above and beyond and made our day with his smile and how welcoming he was , during the stay everyone was perfect and so professional but when we checked out we saw Samer and we asked about the possibility of late check out and we will pay the extra charge he indicated that the hotel is fully booked ! We checked out at 13 but stayed till 7 using the hotel facility and noticed that the hotel wasn’t fully booked and it was empty !!!!! We felt insulted and that was very unprofessional !
