I did not eat their breakfast. Very friendly staff and clean facility.

The location was bad, street very narrow and no hotel parking, just street or valet parking. Cigarettes smoke will be smelled in the room during their night club hours of operation.

Good value for that area

Alot of walking to anywhere , so location is not as good as described , plus alot of in- house partying was going on till late night The noise was unbearable

The location is good and close to services.

They need to reduce their use of cleaning products because the smell is strong, and the place should be warmer.

The rooms require maintenance. The refrigerator didn’t work, and underneath our room was the hotel’s dining hall, which turns into a noisy nightclub on weekend nights until the small hours.

Rooms are outdated and need much maintenance The hotel has nothing, no food no drinks and no lobby to sit in And all night long there was a party downstairs we couldnt sleep

The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower and clean towels

They have some kind of a pub in the hotel and for 2 nights in a row it was extremely noisy at night. Other than that the neighborhood is very quit during the day.

Terrible experience — I do not recommend this hotel at all.Service is zero, location is zero, and the staff are very disrespectful to guests.They didn’t clean our room for two days, and when we asked for towels at night, we waited for an hour and a half!Breakfast was disgusting, and on top of that, they made us pay for it on the last day even though they never explained that it wasn’t included.If I had known it wasn’t free, I would’ve never taken it.⚠️ Be very careful — don’t book this hotel! It’s suspicious and extremely uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. The fridge was nice and cold. The location is close to boulevard, convenient.

The hotel is basically a club, so for those who want quiet, I don’t suggest you stay here. I couldn’t sleep 2 nights in a row because of the party downstairs that can be easily heard in my room and the loud laughter and yelling of drunk people till 4am. The room was not clean when I checked in, hair from previous guest in bathroom, the shower needs an upgrade, the handheld came apart multiple times that’s not hooked by the proper hook. There was silver spray paint on the basket of the shower, came off on my hands. The towels are old and have hair from previous people. There was no hairdryer in the room. The door on the first floor which is street level to the outside was always locked during the day, so it was inconvenient to have to go downstairs in order to go upstairs to get out.

The hotel has a stylish and modern design with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location is great — close to cafes and key attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth.

The property is so weathered, renovation is required as everything is pretty old. The smell of cigarettes kills even in non smoking room. Breakfast definitely below the Amman standards.
