Very bad experience I arrived to the hotel , a little before 11 pm I was told my booking been changed to another hotel and that can not accommodate me for this one night .They claimed they had an emergency that why they cancelled my booking . I told them why not being informed by phone or by booking, they couldn’t provide any legitimate reason. Clearly found later they sold my room for a higher price ( and kicked me out) .One of the front staff ( I believe his name is Salim or Sami ) was very rude and disrespectful. But the other guy was nice and trying to alleviate my anxiety.despite my explanations to them , the mean reason I booked this hotel because I needed to be close to some governmental agencies that I need to visit in the morning.At the end , they refused and I left to the new hotel , they claimed booked for me.

Room picture is a bit different than actual especially the bathroom other than that all okay. Also to do maintenance to elevators

The toilet in the room got bad odor

The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms were recently renovated so it feels like a brand new hotel.

Internet connection in the room was poor and the TV shows connected to WIFI but couldn't open any app.

They couldnt retrieve or find my Reservation, so I should at 12 midnight be discussing with the Staff what exactly happened with my Reservation. They called me on around 2:30 to ask me about the Reservationsnumber

Poor maintenance, beds are very old and not comfortable, not clean. Breakfast is very poor.

The worst hotel experience of my life

The worst hotel experience of my life1. The hotel is not clean at all 2. Dirt is everywhere ( floor + sheets+cushions ++++)3. No air-conditioning ( we changed 8 rooms at one single day)4. We received our room 7 hrs late 5. We were forced to take a room designated for people with disabilities ( not suitable for normal use)

Stuffs were really helpful mr.Yusuf.mr.AbdullahCleannnesssss .hotel always in parfume !!! It s perfect to feeel fresh .Location was good.You have dry clean .restaurants.carrefour by foot 3mins.Price was acceptable i stayed almost 2 weeks .couldnt get any discount ?

Breakfast !! Hotel s 4 stars but breakfast s 1,5 star .and no need that much load music at breakfast :) i warned many times .

There is no swimming pool, no gym, no hot water and no spa, as mentioned previously.
