They upgraded me to a better room but there was a wedding right below my window outside in I believe the hotels restaurant. The wedding went late into the night. I think to midnight

They kindly upgraded our stay for free, and the superior room was very comfortable.

The shower area wasn’t the cleanest, and the big windows in our superior room had an amazing view but looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. At breakfast, we asked for omelets, the waiter said “okay, let me tell them” and then never came back.

Very lovely, reasonably priced hotel. We were in Amman just for one night, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were service-oriented, friendly, and very accommodating. The restaurant had an excellent lunch buffet, which was just what we needed. We would stay here again!

Great experience with very kind and welcoming staff. Such a kind and welcoming people ready to support with everything. I am so glad I choose this hotel for my stay in Amman.+ spacious room and big bathroom+ great breakfast+ pick up/drop off at the airport (cheaper than regular taxi and/or Uber)+ small fridge and coffee station in the room + dining/work table + quiet rooms availble (outside the main street)

When I arrived, I found out that the gym is under reconstruction. However, the management of the hotel was super helpful and provided me opportunity to exercise in my room. The best experience and customer service I have had for a while.

I stayed at the business suit, that was located on the street side, i could hear the car noise. And the curtains didn’t dim the room completely. I am sure the staff would have helped relocating me had i asked but i only stayed for one day

Front Desk manager was very welcoming and useful she helped , explained and ask what ever I might be need from them.

It’s not related to Hotel but country I guess their atm doesn’t support UAE cards to withdraw cash as taxi doesn’t have transactions machine.

Amazing stay! Everyone was welcoming, they kindly accommodated my requests for an airport transfer, a high floor, and late check out, even going as far as upgrading me to a suite!

The hotel looks very modern, elegant and classy. We stayed there during low peak season so there weren’t too many guests but we were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade to a suite, which looked amazing! The staff were all very kind especially the lady manager. She always made sure we were comfortable and she seemed to frequently do checks in the empty rooms herself which I found to be very impressive. The neighbourhood is quiet and mainly residential. Overall, we had a good stay at Ambassador hotel.

The breakfast buffet could use abit more variety, it was the same things everyday.

Super hospitable front of the house. Room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept up the standards and ensured comfort.

F & B lagged behind FOH by miles. Still for a four star hotel guest can swallow F & B shortcomings because of hospitality and comfort provided by FOH staff and facilities.

Amazing Boutique Hotel with great design and attention to detail - from electric blinds, good room lighting, luxurious bathroom, comfy, light and airy separate seating area and good artwork throughout.Breakfast was varied daily, omelettes were the best ever and pastries good too. The gym was very good and functional, much more than a standard hotel gym.

Maybe this is because of reduced tourist numbers as experienced throughout Jordan, the constant need to try to sell up on transport and trips - even quoting four times the normal rate and quoting that taxis and Ubers were not safe.

I wish they get a better quality towel (currently hard and seems heavily used) a better pillow (one is not enough 2 is very high) And properly clean kettle with cups, i had to wash the cups myself
