Golden Hotel

The room was very small and not updated The bed broke down and they didn’t have extra room or bed. It took them three hours to fix the bed after midnight.The bed bed should be trashed

Rooms are clean , easy parking spaces , access to the stores , groceries , WIFI was perfect , hot water like a water springs , clean towels , comfortable bed and the staff are very friendly , helpful and awesome !They extend my check out for another 2 hours and early check-in was a BIG WIN after a long flight , this is my second time i booked with them ! Thanks for everything !

Place is excellent for travelers from West Bank and want to stay on a quiet place close to the airport. There ppl there are very kind. There is an elevator, good hygiene, good separate bathroom.

I have chosen this hotel, because it is close to Jett bus station as I was planing to visit Petra next day. The reception guy was very friendly, as I was planing to leave early in the morning, the prepared breakfast an early breakfast.

My room widows where pointing to the street, so during the night was some noise from cars.

The staff is welcoming, polite and very helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger room since the hotel was not too busy. <3Located in a neighborhood with loads of restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Also very close to one of the JETT bus station, which is convenient for days trips to the Dead Sea and other destinations.

Simple breakfast. Not the most recent hotel in the city, feels a little run down. Was definitely comfortable and worth going, in any cases.

Great place to stay near the Jett bus drop off and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only stayed one night but room was clean and staff seemed very friendly.

I like the room and facility but for vegetarian breakfast was not the best option

Our friend at the reception Abu Mahmud was really attentive to all of our needs, specially with our early check in

The hotel had a separate parking facility at the back, which was convenient. Mr. Abu Mahmud, a hotel staff member, was very friendly. Despite having to leave early for Petra and not being able to have breakfast, he prepared breakfast for me. Although the hotel facilities were old, there was no lack of comfort for a solo stay.

Towels dirty on arrival to room. No soap in room (we had to use shampoo as hand wash which was questionable). Very loud throughout the night. Noise coming from upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Mattress very uncomfortable and pillows flat as a pancake.

we stayed there for 2 nights. we amazed from the entrance design and the hosts/staff were very kind and helpful. average breakfast with local Jordanian options. Good location with 5-10 mins walking distance from 2 malls and different food options nearby. the owners are doing good job.

with small corrections like add new pillows and new mattress (the bed in 1 of our 3 rooms were not good) the hotel will deserve 10 stars

I didn’t stay at all. We moved out after half an hour. This is the filthiest and most digusting hotel in the last 9 years(another example like that happened in sanur,bali in 2014)

Nobody likes dirty linen, somebody’s hair in bed, filthy bathroom and smell of rotten in your room. Amongst other things…
