Alqasr Metropole Hotel

The staff were great and even packed us a breakfast since we had to leave before the breakfast was normally served.

The AC wasn't really working and the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

Excellent location/neighborhood and outstanding staff.

Nothing is very close such as restaurants and other businesses by foot. By car it is a four minutes drive.

The hotel is in an ideal location to visit the U.S. embassy. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Competent helpful staff, lovely well-designed, comfortable rooms, excellent food and wine (three restaurants) onsite.

Excellent with true value , cant beat the breakfast & the common area ,very safe & a very good sleep , I had a massive fruit bowl & a fee upgrade. Beutiful old houses all around in a peaceful neighborhood. They have three solid outlets . Thankful for are the staff members .

The morning reception guys, his name is wadi3 I think he was very rude and he was not acting professional with customers.Accused of cutting off the whole floor electricity from my brick, as they know there was an issue in the electric breakers in the floor before moving me to the other room

Everything was perfect during my stay. No worries about parking, just come, take your bags, and give them the keys from the car, and the staff will take care of it. I can't even add anything bad about the hotel. Very quiet, the balcony is small but enough for me. Excellent breakfast. Staff are VERY VERY helpful and lovely. Great Country and Great People. Thank you!

Wi-Fi strength is 4 out of 10. This is the only thing I can say is not too good, at least for me.

The restaurant selections were wonderful and the staff were all lovely and accomodating.

Only breakfast can be improved. breakfast can use better and fresher vegetables and fruits

I have stayed at Al Qasr many times. It is my preferred accommodation in Amman.

The beds are not as soft as I would otherwise prefer.

The rooms are spacious

We were quite disappointed with the overall quality of our recent stay.The breakfast was underwhelming compared to previous visits—it used to be significantly better in terms of variety and quality. The coffee was not good and when I asked for hot cappuccino, I got a latte that is not so hot and they blamed the machine.Similarly, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon check-in, it was apparent that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, which was surprising given the higher standards we've experienced here in the past.Additionally, staying on the 6th floor proved to be quite disruptive. Every morning between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, we were woken up by loud noises from the restaurant on the 7th floor, including the dragging of tables and chairs. This recurring disturbance affected our rest and overall comfort.We hope these issues will be addressed, as they do not reflect the quality we’ve come to expect from your property.

Actually we used to come to this place once having work in Amman but this time it was very disappointing for me . the room was dusty and smell humid , the towels were smelling humid and one of them were not clean with a (yellow )spot on it . IT was clear that my room were not checked before i come . although once i went to the breakfast the first thing once i get there where what is ur room number before the good morning.
