- The staff was not helpful. The construction sounds was constant and disruptive. The place was marketed at a 3 star, but at best was a run down motel. I would never recommend this hotel to other guest.

Very Bad
clean, quiet helpful concierge
swimming pool not functioning and that area unattractive
Great location , nice staff
Firstly, we got a smoking room, where it was impossible to stay and sleep , my clothes and hair was in cigarette smell (we don’t smoke). Also there was ongoing renovation process on the terrasse in hotel, it was terrible sounds early in the morning. Later we went to reception and asked for room change, which was accommodated. This gave us a much better experience of the hotel. Overall the rooms looked tired and old with inadequate breakfast menu.
The staff was very helpful and we were very pleased with the fruits in our rooms.Breakfast was amazing and it was very calm, we really enjoyed it.
The hotel is nice, we booked a triple room, very spacious, as we had a car, it was important for us to have a free parking space, which is an additional plus. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Bathroom should be renovated, it does not look the same as it advertised on booking website.
facilities and staff
breakfast
I liked that the room was very clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with all necessities. Parking next to the hotel and easy to get to. We did not stay for breakfast, but I asked to take it to go, and they were nice to offer it early in the morning. Had some basic stuff. It was ok.
The air-conditioning was positioned in a way that the heat stayed only in the living room and didn't get to the dormitory enough. It was ok in the end, but just to know if you come in winter or early spring, it will be a bit cold.
staff were lovely and accommodating and upgraded us because of poor shower facilities.
water pressure was poor, shower heads needed replacing as nozzles were blocked or squirting in all directions and the shower drain flooded over, so you needed to stop start the showers. Pillows are super high too and there’s no alternative.
Was good choice of breakfast, staff were helpful.
Did not know about the pool not available when time of booking. The shower kept flooding the bathroom due to the screen, also some renovations needed, outside area and staircases were cluttered with broken items.
Location is perfect in the heart of amman, amazing view from the room, staff is very helpful.Breakfast is amazing with many choices from traditional, international and healthy food.Sure I'll be back 4 star hotel with 5 star service.
It’s in a good location and quiet with great staff
it was a bit noisy on Thursday night because they had a club downstairs but asides that, it’s great experience.
