I like only the presidential suite size, big rooms with 3 bathrooms.

Almost everything! The location is far away from the city center. Room service is horrible. Loud music every day for graduation parties. Electricity went off in the last day so we left the hotel early and booked in another hotel.

The rooms were not clean at all, especially the bathrooms. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the room overall. The carpets were stained and so were the bed sheets

Decent bed

Pricy for the offered service, the place was noisy , the staff was not helpful at all, no room service, no daily cleaning we literally lived with our own trash can filled for 3 days, the rooms where unqualified we had to move from floor to floor just to find a decent room and payed way more extra for the upgrade because the rooms had water leak or uncomfortable bed...

Clean.

Carpet is very dirty, mattress is falling apart, doors are beat up and breakfast is nasty. Very expensive for such horrible place.

Location nearby my work

I stayed with my family 2 adults and infant, upon arrival we were for quite room as we arrived late, I was asking for the back side room not to the Main Street, but the lady in the reception claimed that the hotel is full while it was bookable online and very clear that city hotels were running very low occupancy, then she assigned us noisy room overlooking to the cafe, the toilet was smelling so bad, dust in all corners, don’t think to walk in the room without slippers, they don’t clean the carpets frequently, the breakfast previously was good in the previous stays, but the last stay was poor, not always you will find a parking, luckily we managed it last time. Overall, the noise, cleanliness and reply from staff ruined the stay, I don’t recommend it if they didn’t enhance all the mentioned. Thank you

HeOur stay at the Castle Hotel in Amman was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very kind and helpful, even allowing a late check-out. Special thanks to Hamdan and Raghad at the reception for their excellent servce.

Disappointing

It's in a very busy area of the city, you can hear the cars honking until late in the night.The communication with the staff was very bed. First, after our arrival we've got the keys and the lady at the reception told us that we'll receive breakfast which is included, at 9 AM at our room as some boxes. We said 9 AM is too late for us because we have an early flight we need to get it at 7 AM. The next morning we we have waited until 6:50 AM, when I called the reception, at the reception they told us the breakfast will be ready in 10 minutes. We waited. Still nobody brought the breakfast boxes to our room. Finally at 7:10 AM we left and when we checked out at the reception they told us the breakfast will be ready soon at the restaurant. I went down to the restaurant, when I saw they prepared the breakfast at a table and not as takeaway. At this point I got angry and left because we had to catch our flight. If they would have told us that they prepare a normal breakfast we could have had it relaxed, but the communication with them was just simply bad.

It was perfect location just 5 mins away from the town. Very friendly staff and nice minimal arabic breakfast. Overall exceptional and would definitely return back.

The room was large & comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist, especially all staff working at the reception.

Breakfast. It was next to nothing. Very limited options only hammus, boiled eggs, mortadella, and arabic bread mainly. There is much improvement needed. I had to buy breakfast outside during my whole stay despite having paid for it

Bathroom facilities are too bad .. need to fix - water leaking from the toilet bidet hose ...- No drink water in the fridge .
