The hotel is in a perfect location, not too far from tourist attractions but at the same time isn't located in the busy streets.

The rooms were not clean.

The staff are friendly and helpful, food are very good . Big halls and space .

Electricity socket are loose, water at bath is difficult to adjust to be warm.

Honestly, nothing stood out in a positive way during my stay.

I was very disappointed with the overall quality. The staff were unhelpful, the room was not clean, the bathroom was in poor condition, the TV didn’t work, and there was no hot water throughout my stay.

It was nice and quiet, in fact I thought I was the only person there.

There was no information when I arrived, I had no idea where breakfast was. I didn't know where to get a towel for the pool.The towels were just left on the sun loungers, not sure if they ever got changed.Breakfast very limited for vegans.Musty smell in the room.Needs some paint work in the hotel, lots of stains on the walls.Bathrooms need updating.There was a wedding on one day + night, so I couldn't go outside my room. No chairs outside my room, just a table.If this hotel is 5 star, there is no way it comparable to the 5 star hotel in Petra.

The room furniture is very very old , the toilet need a lot maintenance such as the water is very week in the shower and the tap , the wi fi is very week , Room needs cleaning

its a simple reason that I don't blame the hotel for which is the electricty outlets, and couldn't find an extension for my laptop charger, even the the staff tried but couldn't find one

The hotel filled my expectations in terms of comfort and service.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they made me feel truly valued as a guest. Also the cleaning staff were very helpful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and the lifeguard was both friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which featured eough for me and my family variety of fresh and tasty options.The location of a hotel was conveniently situated near quiet surroundings. Overall, my stay was satisfying. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!

Regulation I was with my girl friend and they didn’t let her to check in with me since we are not married

The location, the breakfast, the reception staff

The room service staff, i forgot something in the fridge and they didn’t return it, claiming that they threw it away, but it was a new chocolate sealed box, very expensive and not actually something possible to be left intentionally. They told me they will contact me to solve the problem but no one have.

I like the cleanness , staff , how quit is the place .

I wasn’t expecting a basement room , locks and some doors handles are not working

No toothbrush, no slippers, no bath robs , restaurant after 10 pm no employees to serve.
