The staff was amazing. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were very loud. We couldn't sleep due to the outside noise.

Very comfortable and well organized and amazing stuff specially chef abou sami in the morning breakfast and there was a girl in that morning shift she was so nice and very helpful unfortunately I didn’t get her name

Sickening ?

This is by far the worst experience we had. We arrived late at night and the receptionist was absurdly rude and the concierge was acting like a mafia. No greetings whatsoever, check in process was bad, the receptionist thinks himself in a police station. We had 2 cars and they said we only allow one car in the parking and when we were arguing about it they were literally fighting us eventually we parked the 2 cars, then he proceeded saying “ no late night ( visits)” indicating we would bring girls to the room ( is it normal in the facility or do you have a reputation about it)…. Also, no need for a wake up call early in the morning because the noisy maintenance work will wake you up .We had to ask for slippers and the pressure of the water was not good.It’s certainly not a value of money considering other places.The check out time in the booking says 2:00 pm , they lied… when we double checked the guy said 12:00 pm.All in all, it was catastrophic. Hospitality has no meaning in this place.

Room is clean and big. Location is good, everything is near the hotel.

The service was not as good as usual. I think because the hotel was busier than usual.

The room size, and bedding were perfect and comfortable.

You can hear what is going on outside loudly as the doors are not noise blocking.

Everything about the Liwan was excllent. The breakfast omelettes were amazing, add also hthe dinners. Friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet!.

The hotel was super clean. Manager and staff were nice and helpful, quality of food at breakfast was good with options to eat lunch and dinner at the hotel main restaurant, bar or through room service. The hotel is located at the heart of Swefiyeh area with many malls, shops, restaurants and cafes within minutes of walking. All in all it was a great experience and the hotel management and staff made us feel like at home. Special thanks to Grace who indulged our 9 years old daughter, but also to reception, restuarant and bar staff, Iyad, Israa and everyone else whom names I did not get.

All was good, hotel met and exceeded expectations

The hotel's location was quite convenient, situated near the 7th Circle area, where you can easily catch buses for your organized trips.The hotel's interior was nice, with an oriental and simple design.The room was spacious and pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the purple wall—haha. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with everything you need.I also appreciated the complimentary two bottles of mineral water provided daily in the room.All the staff were very nice and kind: the receptionists, Grace, the chef at the restaurant, and the cleaning ladies all welcomed me with warm smiles.I requested a breakfast box very early in the morning due to an early trip, and by 5:00 AM, it was ready without any need to wait.I want to thank everyone, and next time, I hope to stay longer, inshaAllah :)

The location

The hotel was very noisy, you could hear everyone in the corridor and lots of noise from the street. the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was not very clean.

Great hotel all round. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff. Good onsite bar! A bit further out from some of the main sights like the citadel, but easy and very cheap to get an Uber.

It’s like a small boutique hotel. It’s quiet, so one can sleep deeply without disturbance. Thanks to Precious for helping me settle in comfortably.

Rooms a bit small but super clean. Breakfast was very basic. More variety especially for fruits would be appreciated.

People working there are very kind, always ready to help, listen to you and your needs. The place itself is very authentic, clean, calm and pleasing to the eye.

Only the fact that when I wanted to wash my clothes, the housekeeping didn`t have a plastic basin, but that just would be more comfortable to do it there. Anyway, I managed to wash them myself,

We arrived after a long drive from Aqaba. Lunch was over but the manager had the chef cook us a 3 course lunch/dinner within 20 minutes. The food was amazing. Typical Jordanian dishes. We were flying home at 3.30 am the next day. The manager arranged for a boxed breakfast for us as we we had an early departure. She also arranged taxis for both me at 1 am and my daughter who was leaving on a different later flight at 5 am. The taxi drivers were known to the manager so I was totally comfortable with my daughter, a student travelling in the taxi on her own to the airport.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the breakfast chef. Rooms are spacious. We were a group of 17 people. Only one room wasn’t up to the expectations, lacking some of the comfort available in the other room. Rooms and bathrooms are relatively kept clean, not the sparkling cleanliness but fine enough. Some neighbors were extremely noisy at night but in general it is calm hotel. Grabbing a taxi or an Uber is very easy and you can access any touristic area in Amman for around 3JOD
