Good location, rooms are comfortable and clean.

The receptionist was not that much helpful specially I reached the hotel at 12:30 PM but he let me wait till 1:30 PM by excusing the rooms are not ready.

I usually stay at Rotana Hotel in Abdali, but it was fully booked and I’m so glad it was, because staying at Coral Hotel by Hasna was an amazing experience!From the moment I arrived, Shadi the concierge greeted me with a big smile and helped with my luggage, making me feel welcome right away. Inside, everything looked spotless and elegant. Basel at the front desk made check-in smooth and pleasant, even though the hotel was busy. He explained everything clearly, showed me the room options, and even upgraded me to a higher floor. Because of his kindness and professionalism, this will now be my go-to hotel in Amman!My room was spacious, comfortable, and super clean thanks to Abdulrahman from housekeeping, who made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was great. I just wish the TV could connect with my Apple device for streaming.I also met Hadia at the spa, who was very friendly and explained all the services in detail. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the breakfast selection looked fresh and delicious.Overall, I’m so lucky I discovered this hotel. The owner of this hotel should be proud of such an amazing team they truly know what real hospitality means. Highly recommend it!

The location only

I arrived at the property at 04:30, but the room was not ready and was still being cleaned.According to my Booking reservation, the room was supposed to be on a higher floor, but I was given an old basement room instead. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the electrical sockets were not working.

The view from my suite was absolutely amazing. Best view in Amman. I had the ‘small’ suite and it was the biggest hotel room I have ever been in. Absolutely wonderful staff (fluent in English if that means anything to you) and there are places to eat and have coffee or a drink inside. I can’t even describe the feeling I felt when I walked into my room. WOW does not describe it. Not even close. Perfect place.

Crossing the street can get a little crazy. Haha. But that is not the hotel’s fault. Everything else was perfect.

The service is terrible, we have asked them 4 times for an extra below they didn’t bring to the room. In the reservation it says it is controlled separately but it isn’t. The reception is laughing about it saying it is a “cleaver” manipulation.

They gave me room in B2 and told me this is what you reserved , i choose delux room not the floor, AC was too cold, no sun enter the room, room was not prepared , and not clean, i ask for iron board and it was broken, there were 1 tooth brush one slipper , though i booked extra bed

The guy in the reciption was rude and did not know what he was talking about. I booked the deluxe room with city view breakfast INCLUDED as stated in the booking confirmation. But he said we did not pay for brealfast at first until i had to show him the confirmation. Lack of professionalism. Then because they did not have a deluxe double room they gave us a cheaper room with no windows instead of upgrading our room because its their problem that they do not have an available room. We had to argue with them for an hour to explain his mistake until finally they upgraded our room for free but the experience was awful.Not eecommended

The reception staff were not very flexible or helpful, especially on the first night. It took a long time to get my room, and the overall attitude was a bit tough and unwelcoming.

Large room, very good location in the heart if the business district. Clean facilities. Hot shower

Stayed during a particularly cold night, the central heating was not working in the whole hotel, I requested for extra blanket but was provided with a used one with previous guests hair on it. couldn't sleep in the cold room. There is better value for the $ in other hotels in Amman

The place is stinky , smells bad always. And dirty.The staff doesn’t have the professional hotels attitude .Beds and pillows are like rocks and so not comfortable.My room was at 4th floor , the windows isolation was so bad and i could clearly hear the cars and street noise As value for money .It’s really doesn’t deserve to pay 100$ per night or even more for this hotel. Vibes inside was depressing , and it was my worst hotel stay ever , and i will never go back to this place again
