The staff was the best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was also good.

No, you cannot sleep at night very loud parties and noisy, very dirty rooms, TV is not working

Location is close to some nice restaurants and the rooftop bar was nice to use after work. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

While the breakfast selection did not include all the varieties I had hoped for, the quality of the food provided was excellent.

The bathroom was generally clean and well-maintained; however, there was an issue with water accumulating, which affected the overall experience

the hotel rooms and facelities are out dated. there was a party at the roof of the hotel with loud music all night.

Quiet, beautiful and the staff are very nice

Great traditional lodging in Amman. Room was large and comfortable with view of the street. Breakfast was great with individual trays with diverse options and fresh omelet. Staff was fantastic organizing airport shuttles and helping us figure out a lost luggage with the local airport agents over the phone. I highly recommend the place.

Although the rooms was great, the shower did not drain properly so water would pool up. The rooftop restaurant can get loud until midnight... fortunately we had brought a good speaker to play white noise to neutralize it.

Staff was very cooperative.and helpful.They change the room after the complain and insistence.

Beware of very loud music on weekends.Had experienced terrible nausea and vomiting only to find that the washroom and the room was full of the smell of some sort of smoke. It was coming from some other washroom via the ventilating duct. Additionally I had another issue. I had a 7day stay so upon reaching I gave them 100 USD deposit for which they gave no receipt or documentation. Then after 4 days I gave them further money but they didn't have any slip to give me until I paid in full. This can be more professional. Washroom soap area was hanging. I had no place to keep the shampoos.

The place is excellent , I totally recommend. It is in the heart of all the hospitals and very close to downtown. The staff was amazing.

Towels were clean but old

Thanks to Muhammad Resool I was able to see all I had plan to see around Amman (Jerash, Ajlun, Karak, Azrak, etc.). He kept what he had promised. The staff is great and the hotel is located in the quiet embassy district (4 JD from the Down Town area).
