Bristol Hotel

I liked the location, staff, cleanliness and the parking

I did not like the room at all, it looks like a 2 star hotel room and the TV colors was horrible and the hair dryer is from 1970s and you can hear people from the next room as if they are with you in the same room

Good location, good price

There is a nightclub on the top floor. Loud music on weekends until 2am that can be heard throughout the entire hotel

nice staff , clean lines and room , excellent breakfast

Clean large space room

Good rooms and toiletries , they upgraded my room to suit

Room size, breakfast, staff

?

The place is amazing. The rooms are huge. It’s very clean. Breakfast is Royal and the team at the reception helped me both times out once.

Everything was great

I went to mohnd twice both times I went to the same hotel because it was great, the team at the reception always helped me, the rooms are clean and huge and breakfast is magnificent

Space & clean

Elevator- slow

excellent breakfast. as repeat guest, I was offered free room upgrade

clean and quite and pleasant reception as well as staff

no mini bar inside the room the mini refrigerator did not work

Staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, could not fault them. The room cleaning was to a good standard. The bed was very very comfy. Rooms were well equipped- good aircon, powerful showers, fridge, smart tv, sockets by beds, very nice artwork, high quality furniture. Nice breakfast, beautiful environment, lovely music playing. Very attractive decor throughout the hotel. Nice area, close to shops, pharmacies, good restaurants and other hotels with bars etc. which could be accessed. Hotel shops with interesting items to buy. It had good security and felt safe/welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful, even though it was busy!

Not great coffee stations- no milk, basic coffee sachets. Could have been cleaner on the floor (visible debris under bed/corners of carpets. Very unsafe window in one of the rooms- did not have a safety feature meaning it swung wide open and would mean a small child playing could easily fall and be harmed/fatal- window was right next to a bed too which would be easy to get to. Had one bad experience with a very confrontational lifeguard at the pool but this was not reflective of the staff overall, and when we raised this, management responded quickly and were very understanding/fair.

Very clean, friendly staff, great food and restaurant view. Massage service was great too. Good location of the hotel.

Nothing was great for me

There was a lots of noice, the window or the patio door should be sound proof.

Again the loud noice. Room 405

Very very clean hotel location perfect the room is very comfortable and clean

Breakfast is very good but i can contain more items

Friendly staff, great location, easy check in/out and good value

Location and staff

Dated, smoke smell in the non-smoking room.

Everyone one was nice good service comfortable

Breakfast very good but daily is the same kind of food

Maybe we can say the location, but you can find better hotel in same value of the money

I do phone call to Cairo less than 7 minutes they charge me almost $98.Poor breakfast, the value of the money this hotel should to be only 4 stars NOT as a 5 stars as they said.

Parking was easy and convenient. Staff very friendly and location is prime.
