Spark Plaza Hotel

The staff was very friendly.

The room is not clean and the bathroom is filthy. There is black mold in the shower. The shower leaks and the toilet seat cover does not sit. The bathroom was a major concern. We were moved from one filthy room to another. The carpet is dirty.

The location is ok, out of center but has it's own parking. Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The breakfast has a variety and they seem to change it day by day. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a need of refurbishment. Windows can't close properly, ACs have issues turning on. Also there is no housekeeping, or at least wasn't for the three days we were there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially at the reception, and Dr. Mohammad, the hotel manager, was extremely professional and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the overall comfort of the room made the stay even better.

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Actually one of the underrated hotels in Amman, it’s not my first time in Amman but it is at this hotel, the place is a great value for money and exceptional service, it one of the places that will receive your delivery order and send it to your room without asking you to come down to receive it.The front desk representative “Abdullah” is the best guy ever, will get you where you need. Thanks Abdullah

I would like to thank the receptionist girl who worked in morning shifts. And Mr. Jamal alhariri, very nice and helpful person. Hope to see you soon again

Location and staff

Very old and very dirty room!!

The breakfast is somewhat varied, and the staff are wonderful, especially Miss Walaa, who is a wonderful employee and deserves appreciation. She is active. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is very good. The prices are somewhat acceptable. It deserves 3 stars. The person in charge of the staff’s work deserves a certificate of appreciation for his patience and high-level dealings with his customers. Thank you all.

Exceptional value for money with spacious, clean rooms and generous breakfast. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Conveniently located in Amman. Not to forget that the owner is very visible at reception and lobby welcoming guests and listing to feedback. Highly recommended for quality and affordability in Jordan!

I'd like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and hospitality we experienced at Park Plaza Amman during a very special time in our lives. From the welcoming smile of Dr. Mohamed, the manager, to the attentive and kind assistance of Raneen at the reception desk, every moment of our stay was filled with warmth and genuine care.Dr. Mohamed's dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of every guest was evident in his welcoming demeanor and constant availability. Raneen, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our experience was perfect. From arranging celebrations for my wife's pregnancy to checking in on our comfort daily, her attention to detail and genuine concern for our happiness were truly remarkable. The fact that my wife was able to deliver our new baby in the Park Plaza Amman speaks volumes about the level of care and support provided by the entire team. We felt safe, supported, and cherished throughout the entire journey, and for that, we will be forever grateful.Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza Amman for being more than just a place to stay. Thank you for providing us with a home away from home during such a special time in our lives. We will cherish the memories we made with you forever.

Nothing to be dislike

It was very clean, and the parking always available, There is no hassle at all, The room service excellent, The reception staff and all the staff are very helpful and respectful.

- Breakfast is very limited and there are no options.- Smoking in the breakfast hall is very very annoying, It is written that smoking is not permitted no one care, this was pointed out, but without any care from stuff.- The smell of smoking is very very annoying from the neighboring rooms, especially at night. The smell reaches inside the room, and this affected me negatively because my wife and I suffer from asthma and allergies, and until now we suffer from allergy nose problems because of this thing.
