Staff kind and helpful, I was able to get a package shipped to the hostel and they held it for me until I arrived. Great location near to everything you would need. Good value for price.

- All the receptionists were always ready to help, attentive and friendly. - As a minimalist myself, I enjoyed staying here.- The location is good; right in the downtown. Nearby access to everything important: restaurants, sweets shops, currency exchange shops, local markets, street shops, and even some of the not-to-miss tourist spots are walkable from the hotel. - Mini-kitchen facility that really helps the hostel residents. ( Imagine some of them staying there for months! )- Value for money. ( Cheapest rates, probably )
The location is great, in Amman's Downtown. Lots of touristic attractions near it and a lovely Arab atmosphere. The staff is great!!!

It’s in the down town area, very convenient to all facilities and attractions. Plus point to all the staff who are helpful all the time
Needs to upgrade. The bathroom is not clean enough even if i saw someone cleaning it. I didn’t see if they change the beddings

There are three washrooms in first floor, only one is having door bolts, other two have broken bolts. Seems its not being repaired from a long time, by looking at their appearance. Towels are not provided, need to RENT them at extra cost of 1 JD, no lockers, no proper power sockets for mobile recharge. Lockers also to be rented at extra cost. Not really a good experience. Only thing i liked is the staff, they are very friendly, helpful, resourceful.
The bunk bed too weak not strong and room small no key better spend more money then stay here

Some toilets no water or flush won’t work showers they need to check their hotel properly and get it fixed so visitors from all world don’t face issues and have to complain about the same and some toilets hot water won’t work in showers so make sure if anyone need hotel water check every toilet properly and you will get on toilet where hot water works and many toilet doors won’t lock risky for women to come and stay alone unless in a group and others keep watch on toilet doors it’s not that visitors live for free all pay to stay that’s the basic amenities and necessities all hotels should check and get things fixed as customers pay price they ask for online
