- Bad smell in our room, but other room wasn’t Also the bed wasn’t comfortable enough
- Not much to be honest. I went in with humble expectations and pleasantly surprised.

The location
Bad facilites Un ready roomNo services No cleaning
The desk PC was not working and we have to wait like 30 minutes before check-in .Parking is a nightmare Guards and security guys has very bad attitude Room cleanleess level is less than one star I don't know how they promote their self 3 stars In addition to all this on the checkout day the elevator was out of service , I was with my old parents Wich I can't carry them on the stairs from the 3rd floor .We wait 6 hours for the elevator to work again .
The location
Not well CleanedPoor shower water pressuresNo slippers and when I asked for one, I had to wait for one hour because the room service wad not avaliable at 9am!
Not suitable for business nor relaxation
DJ and night club noise all over the floors. Rooms are not soundproof. I had an exam next morning and couldn't sleep well at all. Not recommended if you are looking for quite relaxing place.
Cheap hotel in one one of Amman residential neighbourhoods with several options for dinning and shopping in the area. clean hotel with nice staff willing to help. rooms clean and with good sized beds.
Breakfast is horrendous and definetly not worth what you pay for it. rooms are spacious but with inner windows and no natural light comming in. a bit depressing particularly if you plan to stay more than one night
The rooms are good.Food is expensive. Location is good but i paid 20 dinars to arrive there from Abdali which is quite expensinve.
Great location.Great staff. They tried so hard to make your stay pleasant!Would go there again without a doubt!!!Great WiFi
Nothing! Very happy
Staff helpful and support . Mr eyad in reception was make our stay very comfort and follow our needs during family stay. Thanks and will back again soon
Room is spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was the only room issue. I booked this hotel because is close distance to Jett bus station (transportation to Petra and Dead Sea). The security person working there makes sure that you ride a safe taxi. I felt protected and safe walking in the neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops around including an English speaker pharmacist (few steps away) which it was helpful when I needed to buy cold medication.
Very helpful staff; clean facilities
Disco/club noise until 3:00 in the morning interrupted sleep
The interior of the reception was okay.
Hotel staff were not helpful, no one came to our taxi to help with our luggage. Hotel staff were just standing by watching. Then they mixed up our booking we booked a double bed room and they gave us a triple single bed room and said that they were fully booked. The key to our room didn’t work and they had to punch the keycard slot multiple times to get it to work. The bathrooms were absolute horrific. Limescale and mould in the bathrooms the shower heads were filthy there was hair all over the bathroom. Zero cleanliness. The kettle was also filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was put in the hotel room.
The location and its attached to a best gym in the area.
Not clean and need to take this seriously, bathroom is the worse
Poor
Receptionist tried to increase the price to shift us to a different room same size same everything.Bathroom was not clean enough. We saw many suspicious things in the lobby hall and we weren't feeling comfortable at all.
Great location and parking right in front of the entrance. Surveillance of the car 24/7.
Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. The shower head wasn’t working properly. Room was a little small.
Room was ok
It’s to annoying was loud music the room was in the street side and some one knock the door at 2 AM in the morning and cold not sleep the hole night
