This place was even cozier than I expected! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuinely kind staff. The location is perfect — close enough to everything restaurants hotels banks .. etcThe front office team was amazing — especially Mohamed, who was always smiling, helpful, and professional. He really made the check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free.The room itself was spotless and super comfortable. I loved the cozy vibe, and the smart TV with streaming platforms was a great touch for relaxing in the evenings. IEven for my early flight, the staff went the extra mile and scheduled a taxi for me in advance. Everything was handled with care and genuine hospitality.Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back

Staff at the reception was not very forthcoming with advice. Rather small room. A little noisy at night.

The hotel is located very-very close to the "5th circle" junction (2 main roads' crossing). This is a famous crossing because the 4 most luxurious hotels in Amma are located on each of the 4 sides (or corners) of the crossing, including the Ritz Carlton, Fairmont and Four Seasons. Decoration in the hotel is old-style with some antiquities. The furniture in the lobby, office, and breakfast room is from different recent periods - looks like a collection of the owner. Paintings throughout the hotel are also nice. There is a small but well-equipped fitness room. I have been upgraded by Booking to an apartment with separate living and sleeping rooms + quite large balcony + kitchenette. The view from the windows and balconies facing the main street is nice as you see the 4 fancy hotels + the city. Starbucks is 3 minutes by foot. They open at 7am. 2 liqueur stores and few nice snack places are 4-5 minutes away by foot. Personnel pleasant and smiling. Excellent value for money considering the high prices in Amman (but this was in low season when the country started to recover from the pandemic).

Did not tried breakfast, but it looked basic. Did not find a proper supermarket around. The hotel has no restaurant but one fancy (looked fancy) is just next door.

Nice staff. Quite and convenient location. Rooms are big and super clean.

I’ve known this property since 23 years. The rooms had a massive upgrade. The furniture is in a very good shape, the rooms and toilette are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchenette is equipped.Service is exceptional, from the receptionist Ibrahim, and the hotel owner too. Maintenance guys were highly cooperative too.

Exhaust fan in the toilette will be helpful, especially for those allergic to outside air.Not many electricity sockets, but a multi-socket adapter will solve the problem and you may charge all your devices on it.

Great value for money. Starbucks, supermarket, pharmacy and ATM walking distance. Right next to 5th circle. Very nice lobby. Friendly and attentive staff. Could carry out daily video calls with Wifi. No carpets in the room - which I personally prefer.

It was stated earlier that rooms are not big. Did not bother me - especially if you put that in relation to the rates that are being charged.

The appartment is nice and spacious . Nice balcony view . good enough to spend sometime in the property and just relax with a nice view . We book this place after been for work in a 5 start hotel that had the same price of this apartment , but whoever the view and more space make us to take the decision .

They can improve to have a washing machine and better linen for the bed , meaning cotton of so , the air con makes some noice , but it works , wine glasses or more glass could be appreciate . Some handles of sliding doors need to be replaced ,
