Nice hotel with helpful staff plus clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with beautiful sunrise view! The position was quite good as well.

It would have been nice to have more options to have lunch at the hotel with a proper restaurant/bar that is open instead of sitting in the lobby or ordering in the rooms.

A very well preserved old hotel; it was very classy and elegant and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were amazing, plenty of them to name; so thank you everyone.

The facilities are very good, as is the room service, the breakfast buffet, and the friendliness of the staff. However, be prepared for a bit of culture shock every time you arrive at the hotel, as they scan your luggage, bags, and backpack for security.

We needed good speed internet to work and make bank transfers, and we had to go down to the lobby to get it because the one on the room was very poor.

Other than the 2 women at the reception desk who were very pleasant , the rest of the staff was very unpleasant.

It's perfect for a business traveler. The rooms and facilities are super clean and amenities are in good quality. Food is great.

The entrance to the hotel is not easily accessible to cars, and jams happen often. Requested an iron, it came not working at all. When I asked again twice, I didn't get any support.The entrance to the meeting rooms area at level 1 is confusing even with the signs.

My experience at Landmark was genuinely excellent. The location itself was outstanding, and the staff were truly exceptional. Even though they were in the middle of conference activities, they were incredibly supportive and attentive. They kindly helped us with our luggage and placed our bags safely on the upper racks.I also appreciated the high-quality espresso they offered—it was exceptionally good.The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a kettle or tea-making facilities inside the room. It would be helpful for guests who may need to prepare something warm for themselves during their stay.Despite that, the staff remained consistently impressive. They even upgraded us from a deluxe room and allowed us to access the facility from 12 PM to 2 PM before our official time. Their professionalism, kindness, and hospitality were remarkable.Overall, the service was truly outstanding.

Wissam Monsour is a gem - he is one of the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Always smiling, ready to help, the room always smelt amazing. Incredible staff.

A nice short stay, comfortable room, a very nice breakfast buffet with the views.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed when we visited and there were some works in the building. But it did not affect our stay too much.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, everything exceeded my expectations.I would like to especially thank the amazing staff for their outstanding service: Mr. Adham, the Duty Manager, Mr. Omar, and Bellboy Mr. Khalid.They were all extremely professional, friendly, and made my stay truly enjoyable.Highly recommended!

Everything was brilliant, Hotel was so clean, the location is close to everywhere, the staff were very cooperative and helpful, room services, Mr.Firas,Jamal,Murad and the reception,lojaien,Joan,Omar and Adham, really amazing staff.
