Nothing to complain about

Really good location, the staff always open to help in any of the questions on suggestions.

No elevator but it’s completely understandable cause those building were not made with them. But i wouldn’t say I don’t like. It just ca be better with one if it. And it’s 3 floors so no big deal.

Although this is a budget hotel in the very very busy downtown street, my room had everything I needed: decent size refrigerator, bathroom toiletries, tea kettle, there were 2 water bottles for me , a closet for clothes and a safe. My bed and comforter was very comfortable, my room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was also nice . Staff was very attentive and caring, I was given free gift after I checked out .

As I mentioned it is located in the very very busy street, I could hear some noise but his is always expected when I book in downtown area, I chatted with the very friendly staff guy when checking out and suggested to fix up decor and walls when their budget permits, but this was nor important after all .

Mohammad the front desk person from 4 to 12 was exceptional. He helped us book tours that where cheaper than viator and was private.

Location was incredibly good. It is only few minutes by walk to most famous cafes, restaurants like Hashem, Habibah Sweets.The room was spacious and breakfast was quite good. They offered both classic breakfast options as well as warm food such as scrambled eggs, Jordanian style shakshuka, sausages with bell peppers.Staff was very kind and friendly.

It was a dated hotel which needs some renovations. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.It was maybe not the fault of hotel but the parking place offered by hotel was terrible. They tried to overcharge us and made a big conflict which ruined our mood. It was our only bad experience during our 8 days stay in beautiful country Jordan.

They are very flexible with check-in times — whether you arrive late at night or early in the morning, the staff is always ready to help and welcome you with a smile. You can also arrange an airport pickup directly with the hotel (it’s cheaper than Uber!), which makes everything so easy.Breakfast is very good, with tasty local food, and the lady in charge is extremely kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the downtown , within walking distance to the Roman Citadel and the Amphitheater.Jumah at the reception is incredibly friendly and will help you with anything you need. I honestly felt at home during my stay and would definitely come back!

We had actually paid for Beirut hotel 1 but they upgraded us to Beirut hotel 2 for free. Very nice hotel, I would definitely stay again. It felt so clean all the time and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially Ash was very good from the first day we checked in and helped us out with whatever we needed. All the staff were great!!

The only thing I didn't like was the noise outside the window. We stayed on the 6th floor but could still hear the noise outside. But to be fair, you can't have everything. We wanted a central location and we were in the most central location of the town!!!

Hotel is Clean, room size is very good, an iron is available.

This is for hotel 2. Highly recommend modern new facilities and helpful staff with good English. Clean and good amenities and size for the price. Best one I stayed in a few hotels in Amman.

Very friendly reception and is a clean enjoyable place to stay at. The staff was very welcoming and I enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely be coming back

The better part was the staff, I miss them already, the breakfast was made with love and care and I never met such kind people before I wanna book again with them before returning to Spain but the place is sold out this week, best wishes and love from Yamila ❤️

you get what you pay for so not much to complain

Really friendly staff! They prepared vegan food for us and the breakfast was really nice! If you need a cheap hotel in the city centre that is a really good option for this price :)

Small bathroom, but it was okay for one night

The location is in the historic center, so we were able to see historical sites . There are also many shops and cafes nearby.Very friendly staff. I will be happy to come back.

Everything war very good .

The location is close to the city center and to many service places, the hotel staff are very wonderful in dealing and providing information, the breakfast is varied, clean and delicious, the room is excellent and clean

The view is better in the upper floors than the lower ones

Our host Frida was very warm hearted and it was like coming home. The bed was great and we slept very well. Perfect location downtown. Breakfast was delicious and the price was perfect. We would love to come again to this great place.

Very clean, very pleasant staff, very safe, very hospitable environment that made minor. Issues not matter. Really you feel like the most important person and they are always ready to solve any issue. Also best location, into town center and walking distance from major sights

Friendly suggestions: 1. wifi not stable, pls look into that. If we hadn't bought a data card upon arrival, we would have major problem since there was some really important work to be done online.2. Breakfast could use some enrichment for eu tourists, maybe some oats, some yoghurt, some fruit etc.3. Definitely add some espresso or filter coffee option for eu tourists.

The bed was comfortable, the water on the shower was hot, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was yummy.
