It’s a good hotel with everything you need. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything that you need. Staff is very nice and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for work and Internet was also good ??

They was surprised how we booked by booking application!!! And they told us we didn't receive any reservation via booking!!We took a lot of time of negotiations with them just to stay , my family was tired and needs a rest So they give me different rooms and far a way each others as a temporary rooms and promises to change the rooms after 22:00 same night but they didn't change.....

The staff were so friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, good location with lots of restaurants at walking distance. If I visit Jordan again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Didn't stay there! They gave my paid room to someone else.

They gave my room to someone else. When I arrived they just told that it's fully booked and no available room! BUT I did booked the room and already paid in advance.They called to another hotel and calling taxi for me to get to another hotel which is far away from the place I originally booked. On top of that the room in another hotel is NOT at the same quality at all. They're far out of the city centre and I have to cancel plan in the next day due to different location.So bad. No responsibility at all.

I stayed there for 2 days and my booking was for 3 days. The hotel was in good location but the staff was friendly.I checked in on 13 August 2022 at 6 pm, my room was in 5th floor and my room number was 503.when i enter to my room for the first time i didn't found shower gel or shampoo or soap and i found also used towel behind the bathroom door, also i found the safe was locked.in the second day in the morning i asked housekeeping in the floor to clean my room and to put shampoo, shower gel and soap and she said sure sure we will do that.at 7 pm in the night i back to my room and i found the room was as i left in the morning and they didn't clean the room and they didn't enter to my room and in that day i kept "clean my room sign" on the door.i request from the reception twice in that day and they didn't send and also the safe was locked and i asked them to open it and they ignore my request. When i called the reception again and i complained about everything they send someone with shampoo and 2 towels and he was apologize about housekeeping and let me talk to housekeeping lady which said to me "we are so sorry because we didn't clean your room, we was very busy and under pressure" really i was shocked from her reasons and decided to check out from this hotel in the next day.it was very bad experience and never ever will go to this hotel again and i advise everyone thinking in this hotel to find another hotel because this hotel is not good and this happens when you book cheap price you will go cheap hotel in services, in food and in everything.this hotel deserve 1 star hotel not 3 stars. it's not fair to give 3 stars to bad hotel like that.

Towels , pillows and bed sheets need replacement.

We had a family suite with two rooms, two bathrooms, and a living room.•The rooms were sufficient for our family with two kids.•The good thing is that there were two bathrooms, making it very convenient.•The beds were nice.•The hotel is good if your activities are in the city and you want to go out and explore.•One last thing is that the staff were very friendly.

What I didn’t like:•The breakfast was okay; however, the options were limited, and the coffee was really bad.•There were no good options for juices either.•If you want to stay in the hotel and relax, there are no facilities to do that—no pool or gym.

The room was spacious and clean. hotel is beside the outer ring road of the city which keep entry to it fast.

Very clean, beautiful, location is close from places I wanted to visit, calm area, very cooperative staff.

We had a bad experience. We booked a room with two beds and requested an additional bed, which was included in our booking fees. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they charged us an extra $40.

- No hot water 2 days out of 3 for shower until we complain- smelling of cold tobacco in the room- no hanger for clothes, no ironing device- cleaning poor with lack of replacement of tissue and paper toilet - breakfast from 0700 am to 1000 am but when we went there at 0930 am buffet already finished (coffee, juices, bread, salads…) and no supplies again- car parking not easy, requesting to get out of car, go to reception to ask for opening barrier
