Shams Alweibdeh Hotel

It was an apartment style so the roominess for the amount of money was amazing. We only stayed a few hours but I would definitely stay there again!

I can?t think of anything they were very accommodating!

Excellent location, very walkable, friendly staff! I don’t pay for breakfast but my host was gracious enough to offer complementary and it was great I’d book again!

the apartments are ok

i partly chose this hotel because location was listed as a strong point. in reality everything is a 20-30 minute walk away so its not very convenient. the staff try and make out how everything is so close but actually it isnt and other properties are unfortunately a better choicethey allow smoking on the floor so at the some point the entire floor is smoke-filled and it starts entering your room as wellthe breakfast is not at all attractive (to me at least)

Let location is good, neat and clean environment, staff is cooperative

Room was large with kitchen facilities

Amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, glasses were poor.

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff and good location. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the chef was excellent.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but there are restaurants walking distance away.

The location is great as it is close to a lot of restaurants and downtown Amman. The staff was friendly and respectful. I was in Amman for medical issues and Rakan was great to work with as I had several changes to my reservations due to health issues.

Some of the room could use better cleaning and the facilities has a no smoking signs but you can smell smoking as some of the guests used to smoke on a regular basis.

A beautiful and quiet place... a 10-minute walk from the markets... free parking is available for the hotel. Rakan and Khalid are friendly.

I had a great stay here. They upgraded me for no reason, which was very kind. Very clean and comfortable stay. It’s also close to the citadel and many great restaurants and cafes

Comfort and confidence

We booked the apartment with 2 rooms. The space was large and there was a nice kitchette area. Although there was no hair dryer in the room they had one at the desk they provided. They also arranged for a car to take us to the airport for 25JD. Good showers, comfy beds. Located in a cute neighborhood with good restaurants.

The breakfast was minimal.
