It was a nice place to stay for one night during our trip to Phantasialand.

There were quite a few construction workers who weren’t very polite, and the food options weren’t great, but overall it was an okay stay.

We liked the hotel. It was perfect for a short stay at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, and the receptionists were really friendly and helpful. As far as I can see, some of the evaluators gave a low score for the location of the hotel. Yes, it's in the outskirts, but it has a parking lot and excellent public transport connection to the city centre. Walk 10-15 mins to the stop of Tram No.7, which ran every 20 mins during the day and every half an hour in the evening + it's clean, fast and you can buy a ticket on board, and then it's a 28-min ride to Heumarkt, from where you can just stroll around the old town. So, the location was just fine.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Rude stuff, not clean at all!Avoid this hotel at all costs!I arrived late at night, exhausted, only to find that the bedding looked unwashed and smelled bad. With no other options at midnight, I tried to sleep—but within minutes, I started itching all over. Disgusting!When I went to the reception to ask when the bedding was last changed, the staff member pretended not to understand English and then started raising his voice in German. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.If you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic customer service, DO NOT stay here. This place is a nightmare!

Location allowed easy access to Koln. Near fast food outlets. Near motorways. Lovely shower. Opening window.

Stools to sit on, would prefer chairs. No kettle or tea making facilities. Excessive cost for dog per night. No secure parking.

The room itself is clean enough and it is cheep to stay.

The foyer and the lift is not clean, but it doesn’t matter.

Dirty, sticky carpet, tiny shower room, toilet so close to the wall, not easy to fit.

They did not clean the room. They changed the towels but not make the beds.

Location when in transport between north and south of Europe. Tesla charger very close .Parking on the hotell area.

Quite good location with tram nearby to visit the city. Decent breakfast, quick check-in

The cleaningness should be better and the bathroom in family room is realy small.

Contactless check in/check out, free parking. The room was fairly clean.

The stairs to the upper beds were a bit worn down. The price on the night of the Euro match was significantly increased.

Simple and clean as expected for hotel type.

Hard to reach by public transport from city centre. 25-35 euros for a taxi.Charged 15 euros to check in 45 minutes early. Asked to drop back off instead and was told they had no space therefore forced to pay 15 euros.

Hotel staff are nice, I can borrow umbrella from hotel during the raining days. Also the hotel can sent me an invoice copy as I requested. Have many restaurants surrounded.

The location is right off the highway - if you are tired, you will not need to spend a lot of time looking for the place.

It's very basic - the room is basically only the bed and the bathroom, even a kettle is not there.
