Typical Ibis hotel just off the motorway, clean and comfortable inside

Location

The room itself was fine, there was nothing crazy. It was mediocore room, its what you paid for, and what you see in the pictures. With this in mind, it was cozy enough.

OUr bathroom was very smelly, it took 2 days for it to go away. It smelt like a sewage. We did inform the reception, where the reaction of her showed us that this was not the first time. She came up to clean it, and during the night the smell remained. However, the next day after we took a shower the smell went away.

Breakfast

We have booked this hotel last minute explicitly because of the babybed option. When arrived, at the reception they told us it is not an option and we are mistaken because no extra conformation was given by mail. Hotel should not give this option when booking…This way this is a sale-scam.

no soap in the soap bottle for hands washing.when entered the room there was a small of something burned.the water for the WC was leaking

For ibis hotel it was too old rooms.Old furniture,smelling like wet towel.For the price is not too good.Staff????.

Closeby to koln and they have a parking free (limited).

thin wall and no wifi

The checkin was good and we stayed little bit longer for some extra cash.

The soap in the shower was not enough. The Bed Coushons are really too thin .

Highly recommended!My stay was truly enjoyable – I was very satisfied with the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally comfortable – spacious, modern, and well-equipped.A big plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a huge benefit for anyone traveling with a dog.I honestly have no complaints.I highly recommend this place and would happily return!

The only small downside was the lack of carpets in the room, which made it feel a bit less cozy, but that’s just a minor detail and didn’t affect my overall great impression.

breakfast, room and Bed

It was quiet and workers were friendly.

Kinda small.

The location is ok for those backpackers or travelers using public transportation .

There is unnecessary smell coming out from the toilet .In our length of stay it was very uncomfortable for us .

It was cozy and calm.the stuff were nice and available all night you could buy sth to eat if you want.

For me the Location was a little bit far from hotel and it takes 20,25 min to reach the train

The room was comfy and breakfast was ok. Room was claen and cosy

The location is remote which I did not like

The check-in is easy and you can arrive anytime, they offer a permanent reception support.

The room smelled bad, maybe someone smoked inside or was not ventilated properly. I had to pay for the parking place.

Staff were helpful. A few parking spots at the front are available free of charge (8- 10 spaces)

Part of the corridor had smell from smoking.

It was too cold! Heating wasn't on! I was freezing all night

Convenient stop off point for passing travellers, near the E40/4. Hotel is in a retail park area, pretty modern and clean, with plenty of parking space available.

No evening meals are available at the Hotel, and only limited options within walking distance. There is no flexibility in the pricing for breakfast (i.e full price even if you want tea and toast), although you can get a hot drink at a reasonable cost.
