No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - had to go to machine in reception

the room, heating doesn't work efficiently, the TV controller is linked to a tablet where the activation didn't work.i came to visit Cologne fir a weekend and to spend a romantic night with my partner, we were cold and without TV.. not what i expected from a 4 stars hotel

The bar staff were very friendly and the stay was reasonably priced.

The breakfast was not up to expectations, given the price which was paid.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The hotel is close to the tram, the city is calm and nice. The rooms were clean and equipped. The breakfast was good, with nice choices.

Wifi without password, which is not the smartest solution from security side.

This a is lovely hotel with a great location, specially if you want to be near Cologne and Phantasialand. The room is a good size and the bed is nice and comfy. The breakfast is great and nice staff. Also great that there is on-sight parking. The Hotel is not as new as others, but it is very well maintained and clean.

There was air-conditioner but it would turn off in the middle of the night, making us wake up in a sweat and it didn't stay at the temperature we would set it up to. Other than that, it was a great short 2 night stay.

The bed was not comfy

We wanted a hotel near the stadion for the concert of Pink and this hotel was close. Still needed to take a tram (which only went once every half hour) into town for diner. And returning to the hotel was a bit of a hassle because there were so many people that wanted to take the tram so we walked to de station where we needed to switch to our line to get back to the hotel. But all in all it was good.

The location was very good for our needs, close to tram and bus stops, and also local eating places. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast staff were very friendly. Free coffee machine and honesty wine bar available in the foyer,

Reception staff were a little "distant", but were in no way rude or unhelpful. It would have also been good for us to be able to make tea and coffee in our room

the shower was a Little outdated and tough to enter if you have a handicap.

Amazing room. Clean and tidy. Have everything you need. Big TV.

Consider adding a minibar fridge.

Stadf, room and breakfast

Helpful staff, nice but small room, parking onsite.

Parking spaces are tiny.

Very clean. Nice, spacious rooms. Good underground parking for a small extra fee. Quiet location but only three minutes walk to the town centre and the tram line into Köln. Recommend the Stadt-Café Kremer on the way to the tram.

Rooms were marked non-smoking but corridor and room smelt of cigarette smoke. This is not acceptable.
